REVISED to four stars on 10/28/21: When I reported the issue and asked for a return, supplier customer service provided excellent, timely communication. They explained they were changing the shelf config on this model. Apparently, the new style with the shorter shelf was being produced at the factory but should not have shipped yet. They offered to send me the missing shelf and a partial credit of $25 for the mix-up if I wanted to keep the item. The shelf arrived; I assembled it all very quickly by myself. It's not quite what I ordered, but I'm going to make it work because 1) excellent service from the supplier and 2) the item is attractive and seems sturdy.Product was packaged well, and the directions were clear and seemed easy to assemble. However, one wire shelf was missing from the box. Also (and this is the main reason it’s going back), the product photos on Amazon show two full wire shelves. The model I received had one full and the other which was not in the package was a half size. I needed room for 6-8 pairs of shoes which is why I purchased this item with TWO FULL SIZE shelves. That’s not what I received, though. Too bad because I wanted to like this…

Easy to assemble, no extra tools needed. Extra screws provided in case of accidental cross threading. Directions for were easy to follow and number/lettered parts was very helpful. Packed securely and easy to move around while boxed.

So great! Easy to put together and it looks awesome. Right at our entry way for backpacks and shoes. Seems sturdy enough.

I really like this Mr. Ironstone Hall Tree piece. It's perfect for small spaces as I needed something for the small hall entrance to my apartment where one can put shoes and hang jackets, purses etc. I also like the look and it's amazing how much you can hang and fit there. I have a "no shoes in the house" policy so it's perfect for visitors to leave their shoes and whatever else. Especially because of the smaller space I now have. The only thing for me is that it is hard to clean the floor underneath as the gap left between the legs and first shelf from the floor ends up being super short. But I just use my hand in that case and a swiffer wipe as I have floors. Otherwise, if you don't mind that, I personally don't because all else totally outweighs the functionality. It is also a nice look and was easy to assemble if you pay attention. One thing that it is also important is to make sure you install the anchor straps to the wall. Don't skip that part because it will tilt forward with the weight of stuff you hang on it.Great buy and very happy with it!

The product I got is actually a little nicer than the one in the pictures because the middle shelf on mine is a little shorter to accommodate a tall pair of boots on the left two shelves high.That means there's also a middle set of bars making the product sturdier. I do sympathize with the reviewer that wanted two full size shelves, I guess they don't like boots.I had fun putting it together with the allen key provided, the documentation was easy to follow, it even comes with a strap to anchor it to the wall for safety.

Update: customer service saw my review and kept offering me discount. I had to give them a good review for trying. And the product seems to be holding out very well.Let’s start with the positive, it fits perfectly in our small space, we have a corner that is 34” wide, we have to searching forever to find a shelf around 34”, this one works great.Now it’s the cons - if I had another choice. I wouldn’t buy this one. The installation is supposed to be super easy, but the holes are often misaligned, it made super hard to screw them tight. It ended up taking me three hours to put this together and I misused two screws that looks almost identical, drilled thru the top board, they are almost the same but with a few cm difference.There most annoying part is the long bars, you need two metal blades to bind them in and outside, that to me is the worst design, where you could have just have the top one sits in the bottom bar and screw from outside.And the shelf is made in bigger mesh, no way you can put a pair of heels on top of it, so I bought some boards to put on the metal mesh. And the second layer is cut off half to allow for a boots, that to me is useless, that space is not high enough for knees high boots, only works for mid Knee boots. It’s a stupid design.Overall, it looks ok but doesn’t look cheaply made, but it works well and fits in our space, but if you don’t have restrictions on the space, try another brand.

Please be more specific of what guidelines I didn't meet. All I can see is that I didn't give you a 5 star review. You pick and choose what to post according to YOUR discretion which is your choice. However I will not write another review to get my review posted. Word of mouth is great and now that I see that you are more concerned about your ratings on your product gives me even more to talk about.Like I said we like the product but would have love to have received what we ordered.

Great for small space. However, two people are definitely needed to assemble it.
