Excellent support
I bought this last year and used it for several months for my sprain. It snugs around the foot so well giving the comfort and easing the pain. I really really liked it. This year i am buying it again bcz it has worn out and it isnt as tight as i want it to be

Not for ankle injury
This product can't be worn for longer hours, it hurts from back side of ankle. GIves good support to keep foot at 90 degree angle . If have any serious ankle conditions don't go for it.

Value for money
Good support around ankle, neoprene type material. Worked well for a week then began stretching. Would recommend if only need for a short time
