1222 Replacement Cartridge with 104421 Cartridge Puller Removal Tool & Clip

Easy to install on door, but very difficult to program new code and remotes never programmed. Makes a VERY LOUD tone when locking and unlocking door. Cannot be silenced permanently, just each time you enter the code. Not sure how it could be silenced with the remote. Programming Instructions were short and seemed simple but took almost 30 minutes to get the new code programmed--turned off the remote switch and it programmed. Then the remotes would not program after multiple attempts by multiple people. No support info to get help.

Item did not program as per instructions. No manufacturer contact info anywhere including on-line, so I couldn't get any help. This manufacturer is selling junk.. that is probably why they don't put contact info anywhere on the box or instructions.

The outer face is falling apart within six months. We installed it with ease however after a few months the outer face is falling apart.

It works perfect and was easy to install and love not having to keep track of keys. It did come with remotes however that were hard to program and after finally doing so a couple of weeks later I went out to try it out before our trip and they were not working at all? Also the only downfall to this is the sound it produces when u type in the numbers and lock or unlock it, especially if it’s quiet and someone is sleeping. You can bypass it by pressing the #1 button for a few seconds then ur passcode to unlock it but to lock it for some reason it doesn’t do it…

This is a nice up grade to your RV door lock and was easy to install. I really like have a key fob to the door but unfortunately one of the failed after a month of use. Battery change did not fix the key FOB.The electrotonic lock feature is only the bottom lock. It is possible to lock yourself out of our camper if you don't have the key. Not sure how my wife did it but she did, fortunately I had my key to the camper with me.If I was doing it over I'd spend $50 dollar more and buy one with better key fobs.

I just installed the Keyless Lock in about 15 minutes. The Lock is pretty heavy duty and well built and I like that it came with two keys and two FOBS. The only reason I didn't give this product a 5 star is because the instructions to program the key FOBs are not accurate. I was following the step by step according to the manual and I couldn't program the FOBs, I had to call Amazon customer service to get help and they send me a video that clearly shows that you need to press the "FOB Learn" button and at the same time press the LOCK button on your key FOB until you hear the long beep and the deadbolt moves to the lock position.Hope seller reads the reviews and get the instructions better explained on the manual so more people can give them 5 star for the product.

Bought this and it works like a champ. With basic mechanical skills and ability you can have this installed in 30 minutes and that includes programming and removing the old unit. I bought another brand of similar door lock with a few more features that cost a bit more but after 2 different locks...could not get it to close to open the lock with the keypad. Got this one and everything works as advertised. Makes going in and out of my rv easy and with less hassle. Tired of using your key in the dark.....get this and be done.

Not hard to install,. Could never get the lock to set. Called customer service and ended up sending back

Fits well into existing door. Poor ability to change factory pre sets on FOBS
