Awesome set. BUY them!
Needs instructions for handle. Figured it out, but it would have been handy to have an instruction card or paper. To attach set over edge of pan and move lever to lock position. Easy part. To remove. Move lever to unlock position. Click right button. Click left button. Practice before using a time or two. Its easy and simple, but intuitivetively I wanted to press both at the same time or hold them pressed in and nothing happened. You will hear the right side unlockas an audible and tactile click. Then press the left side quickly and spring mechanism pops the handle open. So there are two latches inside handle and must be released in order. I assume its a safety feature. They need to inform us denser customers how to operate it. Or link a YT video. Very nice pan set. Quality, heavy duty aluminum. Nice looking non-stick coating. How well it performs over time is yet to be seen. On unboxing I was impressed. Downsizing and got this set to conserve space and expected a cheaper quality set. Was pleasantly surprised. I expect it to perform comparably with similar pans that have attached handles and cost more at Walmart or other large retailers like Target. I have only boiled water and made Wonton soup so far with it. It boiled the water faster than other pans and once the water came back to a simmer after adding the frozen wontons, I only simmered for a minute and the residual heat finshed them. They hold the heat very well. Took a bit to cool down enough to put leftovers in the fridge. They give you a silicone trivet mat for a reason. Use it. I am very happy to get such a nice cookware set for such a good price. As long as you treat the cookware right, as with any non-stick cookware, it should last a long time. The bonus is it costs less than a comparable set and the handles detach so it can store in a smaller space and be more versatile. The frying pans do not come with lids. Test your current lids for fit before tossing or donating them. I sometimes want to braise meats and need a lid for the frying pans. Only con with the set, besides no handle instruction. Lucky for me I have not made it to the charity thrift store yet. Update! Buy these pans. I have since been putting them to the test. Passed every one. Eggs, cheese, etc. The non-stick is really non-stick. If it only lasts a while it's OK as they are not expensive. However, it seems well bonded so, I figure it should last a good long while. Love them.

Perfect for any home , especially tiny homes ! You won’t be disappointed!
I recently went to tiny home living and with space limited, I needed something easy to use, durable, space saving and universal, meaning both stove to and oven . I did my research & Moss & Stone delivered on all these requirements! They nest inside each other & work both stovetop and in my oven. They come with 2 removable handles which I must say are not only easy to attach and detach, but are sturdy & solid. You won’t get wobbly handles, these do what they should, when they should . They also throw in a hot mitten for pulling things out of the oven and a silicone trivet to put hot pans on to protect your countertop or tables. They wipe clean , and when I say nothing sticks , I mean it ! These pan’s radiate the heat so you get an all around even heating , even when your pan may not be centered on the burner . They are not cheaply made & I believe these pans will last a life time. You won’t be disappointed!

AWESOME, space-savers for sure
Bought the 10pcs set of pans to put in our new truck camper. These are better than my pans I use everyday. Very sturdy and the coating is better than most pan, didn't have any sticking. I cooked 1.5 pounds of meat in the largest fry pan and thought it would be to small but worked out OK. I think 2 pounds would have been to tight. The covers fit snuggly. The bottoms of the pan don't slide on the burners, didn't even need the handles on when cooking, which I thought was amazing. I only wish the fry pans or at least one of them had a cover. I like that it comes with 2 handles, but I feel like they might be a little bit tough to release for someone who may have arthritis though. I leave the silicon matt and glove between pans so I won't scratch them. Nice space saver for camper

Great Nonstick Performance and Portability
The Moss & Stone copper cookware set stands out for its excellent portability, practical design, and impressive nonstick performance. The removable handle is the star feature—it attaches securely during cooking yet detaches instantly for compact storage. Because the pots and pans stack neatly without the handle, they take up minimal cabinet space. This also made them perfect for camping; everything packed down tightly, and the single handle could be swapped between pans as needed, saving both weight and space. The nonstick coating performs exceptionally well. Eggs, fish, and even sticky sauces slide off effortlessly, making cleanup incredibly easy. Most times, a quick wipe is enough before washing. Highlights: -Removable handle makes storage and transport incredibly convenient -Stackable design keeps kitchen cabinets organized -Ideal for camping and travel due to compact packing -Excellent nonstick surface with no sticking or burning -Beautiful copper-like finish that heats quickly and evenly -Sturdy handle mechanism with no wobbling The heat distribution is even, and the cookware feels solid despite its lightweight design. It’s versatile enough for home use and rugged enough for outdoor cooking.

Very good value and a very good product
Purchased this set for our RV. Important to me was the fact that the handles are separate making storing the pots easier. But I want to add that the handles attach VERY securely. Also my cook top has two propane burners and one induction burner. I love that these work on both. These pots are nice and deep. My only complaint is that there is no lid for the largest pan. I am seriously considering ordering a set for our home as I like these SO much!

Has lasted a year of use.
Had for a little more than a year now. All the cook wear still doesn't stick when cooking, and the only issue I've recently run into is not being able to find a replacement detachable handle for this specific brand. Normal wear and tear of using the handle, the buttons started acting up and upon taking it apart, something was broken internally. Food cooks evenly. It was the right copper color as advertised. Handle did break eventually at some point but didn't notice until taking apart to clean, which could negatively impact safety if it breaks and releases a pan or pot while carrying hot food. Again, everything is great for the better part of it. Just would like to be able to find a replacement handle for this brand :)

Very nice
This is a nice little set. Its a reasonable price for everything that you get and I appreciate that they include a rubber hot pad and an over mitt. It was very easy to cook with and very easy to clean. Also since the handle is detachable and transferable it makes it convenient for storing since I have limited space for everything.

Stackable and good quality for the price
Love that these pans stack and the handles are removable. We’ve been using these pans for about a year now and have not had any issues with the nonstick coating coming off. On 2 of the pans, one side of each there was a flat spot. I’m sure it came from the factory this way because the box had no damage. I attach the removable handle on the flat side of the pan and it’s barely noticeable. The pans are easy to clean, pretty much all you have to do is wipe out with a clean towel. If it wasn’t for the flat side on 2 of the pans, I would give them 5 stars.
