My skates developed a fault (broken rivet) after approx 11 months and indicated in my review the issue with photo - customer service proactively reached and offered a refund/replacement - I took the replacement as the skates are very nice. Great quality, my daughter loves it, she is using it already 3 years and they are still perfect conditions.

The skates are very easy to adjust, perfect for my two nieces two share. The tool that is supplied wasn’t needed as everything is perfect from the box but it’s hardly to keep on the supplied skate bag to adjust on the go. The light up wheels have a big hit too. They’ve been used outdoors and no complaints at all. Great value considering you get the skates, the tool and a bag which makes carrying them so much more comfy

I’ve ordered the Wheelive skating rollers as a gift for my son’s Birthday. Unfortunately the brakes are not good enough. He is 10 years old and a beginner. Now I need to buy a new pair of skating rollers, as he can’t learn, he is too scared. I also tried (I am not a beginner) and wasn't able to brake, the brakes are too firm they are not braking at all. Sadly, I can’t return them, as we went outside on them once. The update: The seller kindly solved the problem. I am satisfied with the outcome. Great customer service. Thank you.

I purchased these for my Daughter (15) just under a year ago when she had no experience of using skates before. She has used them several times a week since they arrived and is now a confident skater. These have worn well and the only thing I did was to reverse the wheels when the started to wear on one side, this was very easy and straight forward to do with an allen key. She is still using these although they may need a wheel change in the near future. Overall these have been comfortable, hard wearing and in my opinion an ideal purchase for someone starting out. I can’t fault them so have given top marks after nearly a year of demanding use.

If I could give it a zero I would. After 3 uses (over the return period) a strap broke. We had it fixed and then today, on use 6, the back wheel came off. Daughter fell and sprained an ankle. Avoid!!!

Zij zijn goed en goed gekomen na drie weken. Drie sterren omdat er geen lichtjes zijn en volgens wat de skeelers hebben, moeten de skeelers licht hebben. Daarom 3 sterren. Voor de rest zijn zij goed

Hemos empezado entre otras cosas con estos patines para navidad que con 5 niños mas adelante encontrar justo lo quieren y la talla es una odisea... En mi caso he comprado la talla "S" y os paso las medidas en centrimetros minima y maxima quedan de pies (SON EXTENSBILES) para que acerteis a la primera: MINIMA: 16,5cm MAXIMA: 20,5cm En cuanto diseño y calidad si estais buscando este tipo os diria que son una monada, mas bonitos que como se ven en la foto diria y las ruedan con luces son una chulada(VER IDEÓ). Mi hija quiere uno con luces si o si y estoy segura ahora que los tengo a la vista que le va encantar. Como es logico aun no estan estrenados pero se ven de buena calidad, el tejido del zapato bastante grueso e impermeable, la suela, talon y tobillo son rigidos para evitar una posible lesion. Lo demas sigue la buena linea, los cierres son faciles de abrir o cerrar y tienes la posbilidad que llevar el freno o no e incluye una bolsa de transporte para llevarlos de excursion Asi que primera compra primer acierto. Espero que os haya sido de utilidad mi experiencia y consejos sobre este producto. Saludos
