It has no large mesh pocket on the outside. I believe the photo shown is of the inside if you were to cut the bag in half and open it. The large mesh pocket is inside.

Does this come with a shoulder strap

No it does not. It fits in my computer bag with all my other stuff. Very good organizer for cords, connectors, hot spot device, etc.

Nice Padded Case with interior netted pockets for Phone Accessories

Big enough for me to keep all of my two cords and two adapters plus other items all in a padded case. Plus other items I carry with my cell. Perhaps a bit pricey for $9.99 but decent enough quality.

Good quality

I bought this for my Garmin GPS and it works great, really pleased with this product, offers quite a bit of protection, but I would not want to drop it on the sidewalk with any sensitive electronics inside but for scratch and light bumps should work great, I was given nothing for this review, just my opinion.
