I have used several other brands of motion sensor night lights but this one is far superior to the rest. It is the same price as the others but this one almost produces enough light to read. It has an adjustment for brightness and also can be motion sensitive or always on. No other brand I have used has these options. I love it.

I just got these nightlights and - at first - I thought that I may have gotten a non-functional unit because I couldn’t get any of them to work at 9am. But the reviews were positive so I kept trying to get them to work. Then it occurred to me that these may only work at night, in darkness. I closed my blackout curtains (Arizona Sun) to make it completely dark. All four worked perfectly fine when it’s in total darkness. If there is any hint of light, they won’t turn on. In total darkness, they turn on very quickly and, as long as I’m moving around, they stay on. It takes them about a minute or two to power off with no movement. They plug directly into the socket so I don’t think that there is a battery with it. But now I don’t have to stumble around in the dark when feeding my cats in the morning or using the bathroom at 2am. I definitely recommend these if you’re looking to find a nightlight that helps you gently light up a room without flipping on all of the light switches. I would have given it four stars because there are no instructions in the box and nobody warns you that they only work in completely dark rooms. But if I gave it four stars, you wouldn’t read my review. ;)

I bought this because we needed a little light in the hallway at the top of our stairs. I wanted a motion sensor so it was only on when we needed it. When I received this, I thought this would never work well enough because it was so small (first pic shows our old light next to the new one). Let me tell you, I was shocked by its power! This little light works extremely well and puts off a lot of light. It has 2 brightness settings & we actually just keep it on the lowest one & it still lights up the entire area well enough. The motion sensor is sensitive enough to turn on when you need it & a good distance away. A 2 pack for $10 is a great deal and you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect nightlight for the bathrooms, quickly detects motion and turns on bright enough to see well. Will stay on long enough without motion to get you back to a bedroom and automatically shut off. Has to brightnesses to pick your comfort level and auto setting, off or always on. It's only downfall is a personal preference in, which I would like the light to be slightly warmer toned.

The responsive light sensor detects your movement instantly the second you step into its vicinity, turning on without delay. Purchased this light because I rent rooms and the hallway light is always on. This was a quick easy fix for this issue and glad it worked out.

If you plug this little light into an outlet in Los Angeles and then drive to San Diego and move an inch, this bugger will turn on. The sensor is super sensitive and the light is pretty bright for its size. This may be the light God was talking about when he said let there be light.

Night light works great. Provide sufficient light and not obtrusive. Purchased another set. Would recommend.

Motion sensor is not working in one piece. Light does not go off when bright lights are on ( in both). Quality has to be better.

The lights were delivered on time and work exactly as advertised. I have the soft white motion sensor and I highly recommend these for any night trips to avoid accidents and soft lighting so no one else is disturbed.

Excellent! I purchased 5 packs now (2 in a pack) for all my washrooms and hallways. They are really bright. It also works well for the grandkids to sleep with but use the lower light because it can get really bright. You just have to take it off the motion mode. Very small and bright. I also have and extra one to travel with. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! 10/10 ratings. I got it on sale for $14.99 and worth it.

Both work as advertised and light up a good range of space. You can set it to "on", "off", or "automatic" and it's motion sensor. You can also set it to low or bright light based on the sunshine icon display. The low beam worked for me. I used it last night and have no complaints.
