I am writing this review after using this neckband for 9 months. I am not a great music lover so phone calls clearity was my basic purpose for buying this neckband and i feel it is very nice as voice during calls is clear on both ends.secondly i wanted good battery life and i must say the battery life of this product is simply amazing. It lasts easily for 6 to 7 days if it is fully charged. The magnetic on / off function is also a big plus point in this neckband as it switches the neckband off when two earbuds stick to each other and immediately switches on and connects in 3 to 5 seconds when u separate them.Bluetooth connectivity is also very nice. catches upto 12 to 15 mtrs. , if there is no obstacle in between.looks wise it is simple and decent and fits well on the neck. The earbuds fit comfortably in the ears.I am not great music lover so i cannot comment on the qaulity of its bass and treble but i feel it is pretty nice.After 9 months of rough usage both earbuds are still working perfect.The only major negative point in this neckband is the magnetic power of the earbuds. i had read negative reviews on it before buying it and yes the magnet power of the earbuds is not that strong.Overall it is the best and quality product at this price.

The imp main thing which i dint like is its Noice Cancelation .. While talking in background noice it also make voice down an the person whose with u on a call cant hear ur voice properlly , an abt its ear bud not comfort for heavy use ..rest all the product is good with its sound n clearty its very good

This product will excite you when its new but after two or three months you will start facing problem. Worst part is its connectivity.since magnet is weak u have to face problems. If Bluetooth is connected yet calls are not audible in it. Lots of problem . DON'T BUY IT. CHEAP COMPANY CHEAP MATERIAL.

I received the product yesterday that is on 22nd Oct. I was really disappointed on how the packaging went. The entire cover was Amazon, but it felt like it was teared from the top so that the product can be accessed. I felt so because there was a different kind of tape at the top removing which exposed the product. So I confirmed that definitely someone may have accessed it and then taped it. The tape was Amazon branded by the way. When I looked inside the Amazon packaging I saw that the product box, that is the Ptron packaging was open. I quickly removed the box to look into its contents and then I found that the headphones were in a bit of dust like someone used them and then put them back inside. Beneath the headphones there was a bubble wrap in which the warranty and a scan code is presented for the headphones guide. There were two pairs of extra ear tips - large and small which weren't even packed in a separate cover ( the third one is a medium ear tip which will already be applied to the headphones, as expected). I then talked to the Ptron customer service executive and he mentioned that those ear tips too come in separate packaging. So now it feels better to replace these. And he also mentioned that the product registration for warranty claim is not mandatory.Apart from all these situations, the sound quality is very decent for the price range, the music bass is a bit low for sure, and the vocals aren't too good either but they r fine. I mean the vocals feel so different than my wired sony MDR ex-155ap, like they are very slightly muffled, but they are clear. The wired earphones costed me 1100 and these headphones, I bought for 800 but still the quality is so nice and for the sound it's recommended. For such a low price, you r getting wireless headphones and the bluetooth connectivity is also good. The battery life by the way is amazing, no questions in that. The ENC which they tell us is definitely not upto the mark, the outside noises are muted but not at the level of calling them noice cancellation. Type-C charging and the cable being included inside are sweet additions for the price.At the end, I do recommend the headphones just for their quality in sound, connectivity and build and be skeptical about the packaging. If any discrepancy is found I recommend replacement.

The media could not be loaded. pros -Amazing deal fast connectivity you got magnetic on off feature in this price range battery backup is awesome 14-15 hours no latency in gaming mode it gets charge fully in 1:50 minsCons: magnet should be strong it gets detached by small movement and it gets Turn on so make it more powerful btw im very happy 😁

I liked sound quality. I don't liked the Mike quality. It doesn't have on off button, so it discharge easily. Magnet quality of speakers are not very good so it separates easily and starts to discharge the battery.. to carry it somewhere in purse is very difficult to keep the magnets connected.

But Mic is not working properly from the date of delivery.. I thought its due to my network issue but I was wrong.

The design is very lucrative and nice. The sound is very clear and the bass is just fine. Magnetic on and off just works perfectly. And it looks good on me.... What else do I need.. Very helpful for me
