Order was received one day earlier than expected so a prompt response was great. The robe is fluffy and soft but not as thick as some of its American made counterparts. This is a product of China. But overall I am happy with my purchase and am wearing it now as we speak! Very comfortable but possibly not heavy enough for a really cold day. If you like a somewhat lighter robe that's soft to the touch this is it!

I got the x large, it fit perfect, but I ordered another xx large, because I like it loose, I wish the pockets were deeper, that would have been great, I like my hands to be able to go all the way inside when they are cold. but I have to close my fist for the top of my hand to go inside. I love it, its so soft feeling, already washed and put in the dryer it came out perfect just so nice and soft, I don't want to take it off !!!

I love being cozy, and gee am I cozy in this. Very soft.So nicely made. Easy to get on and off, do to the zipper( which it doesn’t feel like it’ll get caught, like some zippers do. Slides with ease.)True to size.

Warm and feel good robe. Love it would recommend to everyone. Bought large and it’s the right length.

Great color, but size chart did not match the product or at least USA ways of measuring. The length was good - not too long for my 5’ but too narrow in hips.

This new robe is very warm and soft. The mid-calf length is perfect… no trip hazard. The zipper is a nice closure… no dealing with buttons or a belt. I chose blue and love the color. I’m going to order a second one today for my mum for Christmas.

It’s cozy fluffy fleecy zipped house coat/robe for my Netflix & chill or when making my chili on Saturday night staying in, easy wash and hang and really warm,I recommend it 100%

I usually take 2 x 3x but xxl just fit no extra room. I ordered another as I do not wear anything under it.
