What material is it? Is it flexible or rigid?

Little bit of both. Not as rigid as a hard case but not as soft as the normal TPU. Somewhere in the middle, maybe a little more towards the rigid end of the spectrum. As thin as it is it feels solid on the phone but it definitely has some give which allows it get on the phone & it so snug to phone.
