Very pleased with this product. I needed a speaker for my new desktop, and this surpasses my expectations. I like the added leg light colors for a sleek look on my computer desk. The sound quality is clear, and the volume control is an added delight. It’s completely reliable for my zoom classes.

Item should receive more than 5 stars. Works with a cheap Acer laptop and far exceeded my expectations. Now able to enjoy Youtube movies and other programs with low sound. I doubted I would get much quality with such a cheap computer sound card, but you get more than just increasing the sound. Many of these devices simply mirror your computer sound level and don't act independent. It does take a good chunk of the computerf battery life and cuts it to about to a little more than half, but recharges back to full.

I use a computer display in my kitchen, connected to a streaming device. I got these speakers because the display has none. It was an easy connection, using the 3.5 mm headphone jack, which my display did have. You would need a USB A adaptor if you plan to connect it directly to an electrical outlet. There could be a little more bass to make it better, but I am not complaining. For this price, I think it's reasonable.

This speaker is super nice. The led lights are a nice touch. The only problem that I found was that there isn't really any bass or surround sound kinda thing, but still great product

This is an important speaker because it has a rare design that matches exactly what I need. Let me explain. Unlike other small speakers that I plug or bluetooth into my mac, this one truly has a separate volume control and amplifier. All other small speakers I've tried, whether wired or bluetooth, if you use the volume control on the device, that simply changes the volume setting on my computer. So they have a fixed volume and use the computer to change what I hear. But with this one, if I turn its volume up or down using the volume nob on the unit, the volume on the computer does not change but the unit does. This is really important because I often have the volume on my computer set all the way to full volume. And then I get a person on a Youtube video (or Zoom participant) who is talking too low in volume, even for my computer. On most speakers I am stuck. There is no way to go higher. But with this speaker, I can still crank the volume up a LOT. This is really, really, important. I do a lot of Zoom calls with the participants who are hard to hear so I am glad I can turn this up beyond computer max. And in general, I like being able to control the speaker separate from the computer vol control. The sound quality is excellent btw. Surprisingly great sound for the price. Just the right amount of restrained bass, not too boomy, like most external speakers. Note, this next point is critical. You need to be aware of what you are buying and how you plug it in. I bought the less expensive one, the one that comes with a hard-wired headphone jack wire to provide the sound input (plugs into your computer headphone jack) and also comes with a separate hardwired USB wire to provide power (plugs into any powered USB-A source). So with this model, you must use that headphone wire to get sound, which is exactly what I wanted (I have a desktop mac). So no bluetooth and no USB A sound input. Rather, the accompanying USB A cord on this unit is for power and power only, not for sound. So you'll need to plug it in too. Again, you will have to plug both the headphone jack and the USB cord in. Keep that in mind. That worked perfect for my needs but your needs may vary.

Quality is as expected for price, sound quality is clear but doesn’t get much louder than base speakers for for a portable monitor

I've had this for almost 2 years now - if you're looking for a functional and cheap soundbar just get this one. It's plug & play, no issues connecting ever. If windows needs to recognize the device you can set that up, or just un/replug the USB. Pros: - compact and very lightweight. easy to pick up and move around as needed; easy to slip into a suitcase or laptop backpack for travel. - I have never, ever turned my sound up more than halfway. My pc is at half volume, and the soundbar is set at 1/4 to 1/2 volume all the time. If I turned both to max you'd probably break the speaker it would be so loud. You won't have trouble with output - price is great The only Con: - at some point the LED lights unsynced and show different colors. TBH this is purely cosmetic and LED lights are bound to unsync at some point, especially when powered on and off frequently. It doesn't bother me at all. Seriously if you just need a cheap speaker, you likely can't go wrong with this one. After almost 2 years of use I have no need or interest in getting a different one.

So easy to setup. Looks super sleek. Works like a charm. And sound is elite won’t be using my headphones for a minute
