Joshua Tree Organic Musician's Salve

I can’t say this product is a salve. Sore fingers are going to be sore. If you’re new to playing a stringed instrument or long in the tooth, you’ll need to care for your callouses. I’ve played guitar and bass for way too many hours in a week for way too long to get sore fingers but I wanted something to help condition my callouses. Occasionally your callouses can get ragged. The only cure for this was a for the calloused layer of hanging skin to drop naturally or clip edges / use an emory board This product smells nice but the difference between it and Working Hands (that’s my preferred hand cream because I have some hard working hands) wasn’t appreciable enough for me to pay this price for an item I would only use on my calluses. Keep playing daily, put this stuff on your fingers if it makes you feel better.

I love the aroma of the herbs in this salve. I also like that it moisturizes my hands without softening the calluses. For someone who plays the violin, this is important.
