It's all about the eyes
My 8-year-old son absolutely loves this costume. He's been wearing it around the house since it arrived. Great price, good quality and true to size. The syph broke but that's not due to the product that's all my kid.

looks great
bought this for my stepson. he just turned 10 this week and he's the average height/weight for his age. i got him the size for 10-12 years. everything fits, the glowing eyes work fine, and the scythe assembled easily. i wouldn't expect it to last past this year based on the quality, but its gonna work fine for this year. he is very happy. when i bought this it was the cheapest kids grim reaper costume i could find that included the scythe, so im happy with this purchase.

Fits well
Costume fits my 9 year old well. Only down side the scythe broke easily.

Well made, for food, mask was great. Highly recommend. My grandson is 8 but he is tall and thick so I opted for the size 10 and it was perfect fit

My son has been a reaper 3 times! He loves a costume with a mask and everyone compliments the glowy eyes! It’s awesome!

About what I expected for the (usually) overpriced costumes
The scythe came in 4 parts; 3 for the handle that can be screwed together. However, the blade had no way to be attached to the handle. It *appeared* that it almost could but was the wrong size to fit in with either side of the handle - small or large. I purchased a 1/2" dowel and inserted inside the blade and handle to make a strong connection combined with using a screw hole in the blade to hold the dowel in place. I cut holes in bottom of each section of the handle so the dowel could extend the length of the handle. Then I covered the connections with black duct tape.Without the dowel, the handle would likely have fallen apart even if my son just bumped into things - not even if he tried to "play" with it.The rest of the outfit fit as expected. The glowing eyes also worked as expected and were easy enough to use.

Super cool light up eyes
The media could not be loaded. This costume was awesome. The light up eyes really set it off and my son was still able to see while trick or treating. You can also take the light up eye glasses off if they are bothering you.

Sizing was right. Good quality. Very cool costume with red glowing eyes. My son loves it! Can't wait for Halloween!
