Runner Forever
The media could not be loaded. One fine day Ganesh decides to write a memoir of his phases of life mostly about running and running teachniques. He comes from a simple family , where he is surrounded with highly motivated people like his brother and father. This book not only delves into his personal running life. It is not just a memoir about his different races. It is not just a bragging book about his personal record. This book is much beyond that.He has covered all his major running experience ranging from 10 k to ultra running. With the different running experiences he shares about his injuries and non completion of runs. The book is filled with motivation all throughout which not only explains about running but about life and the beauty of life and people. He has spoken extensively about running and different approaches to run without injury. He has touched upon different distance running and it's brief training plans. There was never a dull moment in reading this book. I initially thought it will be just another I me and myself book about his running. When I started to read it was something different altogether. The book uses simple language so that it can be understood by anyone who reads this.It was a wise decision to read his book. If I ever need motivation to run or feeling low I can surely say I will pick this book and read couple of chapters to get back on track. I have both the Kindle and paperback version. The man is all in one.RunnerUltra RunnerCyclistCertified Yoga InstructorCertified running coachNutrition expertSimply incredible

Inspirational read
When we see the olympics or such other sport like events, most of us, mainly the children are inspired by the events in front of them and think about taking Running as a sport or activity. However, what many fail to understand and realise is that Running is not that simple as it seems from afar, to the audience that are watching, but rather it requires a special set of skills and talent to overcome the necessary requirements.Be A Runner Forever by Ganesh Kuduva is not only a motivational book that inspires us to think about taking up running as a sport but it also shows us the areas where we lack and what action is needed or can be taken to overcome our failures.

Inspirational+ Training Plans + Slice of life + Spiritual
I love reading from physical copy of books. so, when I started running I buy few books by Indian writer but they have all the generic things which can be found on internet easily (except Dr. Rajat Chauhan's Book). So, I bought kindle version of this book with very low expectation, but this is an exceptional book for someone who is starting his running journey. The author shares his personal journey of getting into the running and how he graduated from walking to running 200 meters to ultra marathons. The journey is very inspirational and gives a lot of insight about mental aspect of running. He also shares some painful incident of his life and how running helps him in coping with that phase of life.We learn a lot from our failures (if we wish to do so), he has written a full chapter on DNF runs which is a great learning in itself.Mainly in the chapter "Why I run " and other chapter also, he shed some light how running is meditative (spiritual part of running). In second part of the book he has discussed various training plan, nutrition and touched upon everything required to start running journey.

A Seeker's Quest
Though the author of this book is running for a decade or so, when he juxtaposes himself with the big Question Why I Run? I Sat up....He lists them as 1. Joy of running. 2. Creative exploration. 3. Inner journey. 4. Holistic approach towards well being. 5. To uplift his spirits. 6. To meet friends. 7. Persevere. 8. Practice to stay in the moment, etc. etc.Being honest and truthful with the big Question, the author ends up in a don't know yet state...even though his answers are evolving as listed above with his experiences.I particularly like this honest approach. Overall, a well written book, not just for runners alone, but for anyone who are open minded in their seeking of the meaning of life.

Good, practical and implementable
Since the author himself has evolved from a novice in running to an ultra marathoner, this book gives very practical insights and challenges in long distance running. Also it covers almost all aspects of different distances, injuries, motivations and many other aspect of running.
