The media could not be loaded.  The lack of reviews and their piece from this product overall was really not that encouraging. So I will do my best to provide as much information as I would like to have seen myself. Right off the bat, the FIRST one they sent me had a really bad chip in his face (image provided). I should’ve guessed when I knew I was paying 10 dollars less from other sellers. But this was the perfect gift so I was willing to take the gamble of having it returned and replaced, took 3 days. Glad I did because the only thing wrong with the SECOND one, was that the trophy was a bit loose from where it is attached on the base (video provided) which I would take any day over the flaw from the FIRST one. The trophy is in fact metal, as the first product’s chip uncovers, the base is also metal but hollow. The original packaging on both heirlooms looked like it went through hell and back, first product was taped all around, second products packaging looked like the front plastic was rubbed on concrete for 30 seconds. Overall I am really satisfied with the product, but it is a bit smaller than one would have imagined so I can’t argue that the price may be bit steep for this heirloom. There’s also a small typo in the engraving that were on both products, the word SKILL having two Ks, but it took someone else to notice it and mention it to me before I did. 4 out of 5 stars because I received a damaged product, and I was legitimately concerned about my replacement having a worse flaw than the first one. But I’m happy and satisfied with the overall outcome
