This wood helped a lot with motivating me to wanna work out. I try to stay consistent with doing the massages on my own, but it’s a little hard because my arms tend to hurt because I’m not used to working out, but it does help a lot with circulation and your legs to feel better afterwards, I haven’t tried it on my stomach yet but I will get to that body parts soon :)

These have become my go-to for post-workout muscle relief and lymphatic drainage. I love these things. The rolling one is my favorite. They are durable and they all feel great in their own way. Very relaxing. The handles are only kind of slippery because I use them with body oil so that’s to be expected, it’s never been a problem though. Highly recommend.
