I love it. It is all natural, no preservatives, just sun-dried. It is not a soft product, because that would require the use of preservatives. Instead it is dry and chewy. I love it since it goes so well with a cup of hot tea or coffee. Delicious

And they don't give refunds for this defective product. Disgusting. Don't buy it or you'll just lose money.

I didn't expect them to be so sweet, flavorful and chewy. the have quite a lot of seeds but they are soft and as easily chewed as the rest. very rich flavor surprising in a super food.

I did not like the product it was very old and dry.
