As a sports photographer, getting both photo and video of a play are hard enough as it is, now I can effortlessly record on my phone and shoot photos at the same time! My workflow is so much faster with this accessory! It feels good quality, the sturdiness while it’s holding the phone is great, and overall, I think it’s a good investment to make if you’re trying to improve your social media presence. It fits on the hot shoe, and has additional hot shoe mounts if you have other devices that need it (monitor, lighting, etc). Works as intended. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who needs it!

got this to use with the camera mount stand (same brand) I got since I couldn't use it with my phone. this works well, though I wish when you push the button to open it, that it automatically opens to release my phone.

Love the notch system vs the spring loaded ones most people make! The plastic feels a little fragile but I'm usually a gentle person! Can't wait to make some time lapse with this guy! I needed and extra one to get 2 angles think I'm going yo like it!

This will do its job. But, In a perfect world, it could be improved.It fits the bill for what I ordered. It is a phone holder, with a cold shoe mount, an adjustable phone width, and it can rotate vertically to horizontally.How could it be improved?- The cold shoe, square is probably the worst part of this product. It does not fit into hotshoe easily. The fitment / design is off and you'll need to jam it into place, or sand off 1-2mm of the coldshoe square. Thankfully for this, it is all made of plastic, seems sturdy enough, but I'd love to see this made from powder coated metal instead - and with proper dimensions to fit standard hot shoes.- NEXT It does allow you to rotate your phone from portrait to landscape mode, but not how other's do it. It's sturdy in place, but rotates without any bump/notch telling you you're at 90degree increments. I'd like it to "notch" into place every 90 degrees - this just firmly rotates freely where you need it to go. It wont move from where you rotate it to unless its really bumped somehow.- AND It's "Z - axis" (as they're advertising it on the listing) is not "notchy" either, more-so just a firm movement into place. I'd like to see a (metal again) adjustment screw to allow this "Z-Axis" to be adjusted into its notched place.- FINALLY As for the phone width adjustment teeth / and button, they feel sturdy which was my biggest fear looking at it online vs having it in hand. I feel confident it will securely hold my phone in place.

Had it on my bike for about 2.5 years. Only took it off because I installed speakers and didn't make room for it. Gave it to a friend to use on his bike.
