Source Naturals MSM Methylsulfonylmethane Tablets - 1000mg, 120 (Pack of 2)

MSM reduces my asthma inflammatory symptoms and helps my knee discomfort. Been taking it 3 years now. Started it after reading about it and during a after virus cough that had lasted months. This plus Evening Primrose oil caps stopped my cough within a few days, where nothing else had helped. Sometimes I use the MSM powder/crystals but the pills are convenient.

After the reliability and quality of the Source Naturals brand, the best thing about this MSM is that the tablets are smaller than the Jarrow MSM I was using. I stuck with the Jarrow for ages, because it, too, is a reliable brand, and, frankly, it costs less than the Source Naturals, but too many times choking on those large, hard-edged tablets, and I was ready to try something else. So, of course, I reached for Source Naturals, and found these tablets which are about 2/3 the thickness of the Jarrow tablets, and *much* easier to swallow.

This stuff made my beard grow super fast while facilitating rapid muscle recovery from intense workouts in the gym. Thus, it simultaneously helps with hair growth and muscle/bone health.

Good quality product, too many additives however and not to my liking size wise.
