Q: Is the item durable? could you larp with it or is it strictly for costume purposes?

I guess that depends on how hard you are larping! I was actually very surprised how dense the foam is, so I would think pretty durable for most role-playing type activities. The thing seems to be molded from one single solid chunk of foam, so it should hold up pretty good. I was impressed by the quality for the price. (minus my issues with the misshapen blade, but that is another tale, Boy)
