Best pool noodle for exercise.
I bought this because I switched gyms and my old gym used them and I liked it. The new one just uses cheap pool noodles. I wanted to use the same equipment I had been using so I bought my own. I love it. It is must sturdier and more resistant then the cheaper noodles so my workout in the pool is better. I am already noticing a difference. I sure wish they would bring back the thin and long sqoodles. Unfortunately they are discontinued because of their supplier. I still get a great workout with this one.

Don't Buy this
The Spoodle is difficult to grip when using in water, so of course it makes it difficult to do any water exercises. Also it has hard ridges on it so when I was doing squats in water I cut my foot on it. TERRIBLE product.
