Hi There should be a size chart within the contents of this item. I usually get a size smaller than what I am. I find that usually these type of bras, the straps could do with being shorter. Also, they are very comfortable, but if you want good support you are best buying a “normal” bra. Thanks

No they are completely without and restricting Wires or fasteners Very comfy and wash lovely

I am a 38-40 and the size chart says XL for me, no way, it is a 3xl which fits perfectly, I would think try a 2xl ,they are lovely bras but the sizing is weird.
