Spear & Jackson Razorsharp Steel Telescopic Shears

Used twice and already locking mechanism for extending the shears arms do not work, frustrating and very annoying, infringes on doing the task at hand.In future I will stick to garden centres where I can replace or refund much easier.

Be careful not to apply any pressure on it or it will bend right over. Any branch more than 2 cm in diameter would break these shears.

Easy to use, cut well, extendable handles to reach further. Good value for money

The shears are good, light and sharp. I bought them as a replacement for my older shears - the previous equivalent model.In comparison, I find the older model capable of cutting more stout branches and, unlike the new model, the extension lock does not undo as I twist the shears to make a cut. So the shears are good but a shade disappointing.
