During my journey to living a healthier life I began starting a liquid fast. I cut out all meats and starches in the first two weeks of my fast. During the third week I began bringing fish and other types of seafood back into my diet for the copper absorption. My goal was to detox and to get my body realigned properly because I was suffering from poor blood circulation which at times would cause symptoms of high blood pressure. So I sought out to remedy this issue as naturally as possible to put a stop to this, and came across some herbalist information as to treating hypertension and also helping with the circulation of blood, and also lowering my risk of blood clods and aneurysms. The first two vitamins that came up where the combination of calcium and magnesium. There is plenty of information out there describing the benefits of both Calcium and Magnesium so I wont write an essay about their benefits. Then I came across the book Dead Doctors don't lie which had a plethora of information regarding several different diseases that we experience every day of our lives from Cancer, Hypertension, Heart disease, Arthritis and more. In the topic of hypertension, and arthritis the doctor talked about Boron and how it was responsible for the body absorption of calcium and magnesium along with other benefits such as support of the brain, bone health and so on. Since I have been taking the Trace mineral Liquid Ionic Boron I have noticed that the soreness that I had in my wrist from doing pushups just totally disappeared. The other benefit that totally took me by surprise is this...I am bald, I cut all my hair off last year because I had a line at the top of my head, and also the circle of death where most men bald first and after a week of taking the Boron hair literally has started growing back in those places. With the fact that I now have hair growth again that's enough proof to me that this particular brand of Boron is working and doing something in my body. It could be a combination of things that is contributing, but I tell you there was no growth in those two areas until I started taking the Boron. Even the hair on my eyelids underneath my eyes are producing hair again. So in my final words I am sold on this product and seller. Since then I have also ordered, and am using their liquid version of Selenium. So any one looking for for a trace mineral that will render some results it is right here.

The is a great product!!! I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, compress nerves in my neck and lower back, herniated disc in the T-spine, arthritis and frozen shoulders. The pain is very crippling. I have been taking magnesium powder and omega 3 fatty acid and I have not felt them work at all. When I received the product, I took a dropper full in water and I could feel it working a little. A couple hours later I took a dropper full with the magnesium powder and it cause the magnesium to work better. The muscle spasm released in areas that muscle relaxer did not work on. Then I started to take the flax seed oil which a table spoon full has 7.1 grams of Omega 3 fatty acids. Taking all three at the same time I found the it works the best for me. I take about 20 milligrams of Boron a day which is safe for women, men can take more. For those of you that stated that it does not work, you may have a deficiency of Magnesium or Omega-3 fatty acids or both. I stopped taking the flax seed oil for a couple of days. When pain came back with a vengeance. The spasms and pain made me think that I was having a stroke or a heart attack. The spasms are cause by calcium/Magnesium imbalance. The body is getting to much Calcium into the muscles and causing contractions and the Magnesium causes the muscles to release the contraction. When I started back taking the Flax seed oil I had to take 3 table spoons of it to get most of the spasm and pain to subside. I will next try this with Glucosamine and MSM to see how my joints feel.

Excellent supplement!!! I use it to help with my bones since I am on menopause and when I don't take it I do feel the difference on my body somehow it also gives me energy.

I was told by a doctor on tiktok that I could have debilitating heel pain for 20 years because calcium of stuck in my tissues and I should take moron magnesium and omega supplements as well as raise my D3 level. I got this because I'm afraid of supplements and everything causes me to have side effects so I started with a really low dose I only took like half of the dropper instead of what is recommended. I actually had a lot of energy and had a better mood that whole day. I'm not sure if it did anything with my heel issues but I haven't started a regular magnesium supplement yet. I also haven't started an omega supplement because I'm not sure how to go about it since it caused me severe anxiety last time which the doctor on tic tok also explained. 20 years trying to get help for this losing my career and a doctor on TikTok gave me more answers than any of these other podiatrists or anyone else. Absolutely insane. Being postmenopausal though I was told I probably need a higher dose of this like 20 or 25 mg. But I've been severely deficient with food and vitamins minerals last 2 years because of the cost of food. Hopefully this continues to make me have some energy though I'll change my review if it does to five to stars.

For whatever reason, these aid in my menopause symptoms - IDK why, but I'll continue to use it!

Not bad I guess, idk why I got it though

I wanted to try Boron to help with hot flashes that were driving me crazy. I read the reviews of this product and many people described it helping with chronic fatigue and arthritis to name a few. I'm 46 and in the restaurant business and I live with constant chronic aching etc.. I bought this and after a day or two, to be sure there weren't any unwelcome side effects, I gradually upped my daily dose to around 12-15 mg from this. I also use as another source which makes brings my daily intake to 20-25mg as suggested by other reviewers. This stuff is a legitimate life changing supplement. I noticed a severe drop in frequency and duration of my hot flashes, but its affect on my chronic fatigue was startling. I had gotten to the point where I napped all day before work because I was tired after tossing and turning at night. Then, I didn't do all that much after getting home from work. But now I can work 10 shifts and still come home and get things done around the house. My sleep has improved greatly and I've always had insomnia. I thought I was lazy but it was the horrible joint pain I struggled with and this has helped so much. I also am allergic to everything that can be inhaled according to my allergist and even though I take Zyrtec every day I still struggle with pretty bad allergies. However, even though this has been a really bad spring and everyone is suffering, mine seem to be improving and I didn't really realize it until tonight. My belly bloat has gone away, even after eating things that use to really set me off. I have done nothing different, at all, except start taking this supplement. I am on my third bottle and I'm feeling the best I have in years!! BUY IT!!

This product has potassium benzoate, which mixed with vitamin C produces benzene. Benzene is a carcinogenic. i.e., it will give you cancer. Vitamin C is found in vegetables, fruits and, in low quantities , in meat. I don't know who had the brilliant idea to add potassium benzoate to a simple supplement of an electrolyte like Boron. But who ever it was thank you. I am so please with this product that I will give it 5 stars and go eat a Vitamin C rich orange after taking this wonderful low cost supplement.

Very happy with the purchase. I bought ionic boron due to a recommendation from my naturopath, and I have noticed a marked difference in my arthritic pain. I take other ionic supplements, as they have a higher absorption rate. I now include ionic boron into my daily supplement routine. Will be buying again!
