I like this flavor. I mix it with my bcaa Apple flavor and it tastes great. I'm 65 and I play softball in the middle of Florida, in the middle of summer. And it does help me stay hydrated.

I regularly lift weights and am into fitness, but I wanted to add some essential amino acids to my routine. For context, I enjoy a popular brand of high-sodium electrolyte powder along with my beloved creatine.I have been using these aminos for a few weeks now, and I feel a slight increase in my energy and stamina while I lift...not a huge change, but it's definitely there (I was probably deficient).The product doesn't dissolve well unless it's in a blender bottle with my mixed greens supplement. No big deal because I have an electric frother and use that, but something to keep in mind. No one wants to drink chunks in their water.I have the lemon lime flavor and while it doesn't take terrible at first, it does have a strange artificial aftertaste from the sweetener used. I don't find it to be as big of an issue when mixed with my electrolytes or greens, though. But just with water...not my favorite.This is also much better cold. When it gets lukewarm, the aftertaste is much stronger. Drink it ice cold!The value for the money is pretty decent, so I will continue to purchase as I have found a noticeable improvement in my daily life.Hope that helps!

I love this in my coffee. It gives it a great mocha flavor. It dissolves smoothly. I work out in the mornings and having this added to my coffee post work out has been a game changer. My recovery seems so much better. I am considering trying other flavors for afternoon workouts. The quality and the research behind the absorption of this product is superior to many other similar supplements on the market. I have purchased this on repeat despite the cost being a little high in my opinion. I can feel it in my recovery when I do not take this, so it is worth it to me to splurge given its effectiveness.

I've tried a lot of different supplements over the years and most don't ever provide noticeable results. It can be nauseating listening to all the "must have, must use" products that come around, but this product is one that I swear by and actually take everyday religiously (2x).

#1 After reading the reviews about how disgusting the taste is I ordered unflavored. Yes even the unflavored is disgusting so the description about it being delicious should be changed.#2 It does not dissolve quickly. I found if I put it in a mason jar with the sealed tightly top, I can shake the heck out of it & it helps a little but I am always stirring while I'm drinking it and the bottom is always covered with granules.3. It says to take 1 to 3 scoops a day which would mean you may have to order every 10 days and at $50 for the small container that is a lot.I just purchased it to try to get more protein as I don't eat enough in a day to get the recommended amount. So after I finish this don't think I will repurchase or maybe try one more time but order through perfect amino web sight.

I've been using this but not consistently so I am unsure if it is helping with my energy levels. I will be more consistent and then review again. I got the strawberry flavor which is fine but I would prefer no flavor at all because I mix it with other things and it is too strong a flavor for me.
