I recently purchased the HOLD N’ STORAGE Pull Out Trash Can for my kitchen, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Let me share my experience: Easy Installation: Installing this trash can was a breeze! The instructions were clear, and I had it set up in no time. This was perfect for my small under sink kitchen trash can! The guide paper to drill the holes was especially helpful! Easy to install and works as it should. I got it installed in 20 minutes! Someone more handy could probably do it much faster (I did have to re-drill when I realized I should’ve situated it further away from the sink drain pipe so it probably would’ve taken half the time 🤦🏻‍♀️)

This is the only one I could find to fit my space. The option to install sideways and at 12 in clearance was key. It fit perfectly. It actually is holding a 13 gallon can well. I was able to make a false door to match the kitchen and simply used 2 of those L shaped shelving brackets and 2 small pieces of wood on the slide out unit to create a true slide out experience. Turned out way better than I had hoped, and definitely adds to the kitchen ambiance. Zero issues pushing garbage down to compact. This is a very sturdy unit. It is easy to install and pops out easy with a little leverage, to remove it. Totally worth the money here people.

Instructions are poor. It is easy to figure out though. The slides are decent. The actual drawer of it is not true and needed to be bent to properly fit. I would not say this is heavy duty, light to medium duty I would agree with. We wanted it for a bathroom trash bin so light duty is ok for our purposes.

Tight squeeze under townhouse kitchen sink, this was the only product we found that offered a compact fit. Adjusted readily to size of our trash bin, glides in and out smoothly and easily. It has a detent to hold position if pushed in all the way but we allowed for 1/2” extra front clearance and don’t use that feature, making it easy to glide the bin in and out of the cabinet with even just one finger. Good and sturdy product, reasonably priced.

I used this unit to replace an existing under-counter wastebasket slide, which was too small and didn't slide well. This unit came properly packaged with extensive and clear instructions. The full-scale template was a valuable aid to installation. I didn't pre-drill the screw holes as instructed. The mounting screws dug their own holes quickly and accurately with the aid of a power screwdriver. The unit came with two full-extension ball slides that move smoothly and easily. I have fit a common 13-gallon kitchen trash container which pulls out clear of the cabinet for full access. The trash container lifts out and re-installs simply and easily. The trash container retaining brackets snap firmly into place and have a wide range of adjustment. I am a design engineer, and really do appreciate the thought and care that went into this simple device. It is a very worthwhile purchase.

This product is a great solution for my newly renovated kitchen. It was one of the few slide out options that could work with the tight dimensions of my under sink cabinet and plumbing. The sliding mechanism is smooth and the product feels well-made and sturdy. The installation was easy with the provided template. I purchased the Sterilite 7.5 gallon trashcan with lid and it fits perfectly under my sink. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

I chose this ONLY because it could be oriented in both directions. I needed the horizontal orientation. Several comments. 1) The template is inaccurate. The screw holes for horizontal placement are ever so slightly too close together. As a result, the carriage doesn't move smoothly and easily. Sadly, I've drilled and screwed into my cabinet base, so moving it will involve abandoning all 4 screw holes and leave that mess in plain view. This is an unforgivable mistake, and I'm not at all happy. My drawer mechanism is tight and doesn't move in and out smoothly. 2) The hardware is decent and sturdy. 3) DO NOT BUY A WASTE CAN until this is installed and you can measure your clearances. The 7 gallon size is ridiculously small, and I found a 10 gallon can at Walmart that fits well under my sink. Measure carefully and bring a tape measure to the store. 4) It's also unforgivable that this device doesn't come with a choice of trash cans...with dimensions. Typical trash cans are tapered...this company should offer various sizes of trash can for various applications...that MATCH UP WITH THE MECHANISM. I'm stuck with it, but I wouldn't buy it again.

Easy with good instructions. Fit the base and can together.

As described, perfect size, easy to install.

This works as expected but the wire base which holds the garbage can is open and wide set so our trash can actually tips through the base. I need to buy a larger can with a wider base or add a support under the one we have to keep the can from falling through. Easy to fix but wish I didn't have to.
