Got this Glucose Monitoring Machine Glucometer for my mom who is a diabetic and need to check her sugar level regularly. Mom is now 70+years. Her previous gluco machine was showing error and needed a change since it was used for many many years. When I saw this Pura X and was discussing with the seller whether it will be good for a senior citizen to use at home, he assured me it was easy to use.Trusting the seller, I got one. It cost much more than now as I can see in Amazon due to the discount. The first time I did the fixing and all for mom. The test showed accurate reading.Pros: It's a good machine. Shows accurate reading (my opinion)Cons: Not feasible for senior citizen. The strip needs to be slide in at the top sideways, which is not easy when your hand shakes, and then it shows error if not done properly.To put in the blood drop was also a challenge.Overall Rating: Absolutely not recommended for senior citizens.
