Q: Will these fit 2018 Polaris general 4 1000 ride command?

I put them on my 2018 Polaris general 1000 and I love them. I do recommend them and I would buy them again if need be

Q: Is there enough rops bolt to remain as structurally sound as it was before using a portion of it (bolt) as mount for mirror?

I can’t help with this one. I still have not installed them and plan to return them. Quality isn’t there in my opinion.

Q: Are the bolts on the General large enough to hold the mirror bracket if they are also being used to hold the windshield?

They are separate from where the bolts mount on the roll bar. The bolts used are the two bolts that hold the two roll cage bars together. Please feel free to message us with any further questions. Thank you, Ben

Q: will they work with upper doors?

They will if you mount to upper doors , can’t see passengers side well when mounted to roll cage.
