Well made, pretty birds, quite elegant I think. Each of the three birds is a different color so can complement a variety of decor. The first one I ordered was shipped without the pump but amazon sent a replacement right away. I've decided to keep the first one - it makes a lovely matching bud vase. I've seen items in the Gilded Bird collection elsewhere; amazon has the best prices and largest selection, though.

What a disappointment. I really love the uniqueness of this little soap dispenser, but literally a month after use. The nozzle just popped right off and I can’t get it to stay.I called the number for their customer support and they were so nice and are sending me two new nozzles as a replacement… So I will give them two stars at least because of the wonderful customer support. :)

I love these. I am decorating my bathroom in teal with bird accents and these worked beautiful. I already had one dispenser that I was using for soap and I got this one for lotion. But when I received it - it was missing the pump. I went into the return because I was hoping they could just send me the pump but I had to return the whole dispenser. So since I had another pump from another dispenser I opted to use that instead of returning the dispenser. But the one I had was silver and I needed gold. It was for this reason I gave a lower star rating.
