The avocado oil I normally buy had been out of stock for months. Every other brand was so much more expensive in stores. I chose this because it was a better price. The oil itself is fine, I don't see any issues with it. I use it for cooking all the time and it does as well as my normal brand. I do not like this comes in a plastic bottle. I transfer mine to a ceramic oil dispenser, so not an issue for long-term for me. But oil is best stored in glass or ceramic to keep it fresher. I would probably not buy this again due to the plastic, but plastic does make it safer for shipping.

Neutral flavor. Good lipid profile. Good value. High smoke point. Not much more to say. I just wish they offered much larger sizes.

This is my favorite avocado oil, I try to completely avoid cooking with seed oils, and olive oil isn’t recommended for cooking or baking due to its very low smoke point. I feel best about using avocado oil. This is a great price for the amount you get. Unfortunately, it tends to be out of stock often. I am still giving it 5 stars because I like it so much.
