Great value and features for price!
I was extremely pleased with the quality of these chairs (I bought a matching pair). They were purchased for comfort, height, and support for my elderly parents when they visit who need chairs sturdy enough to brace themselves on to stand up - my 90-year old dad is a big guy, over 6’2” and 230 pounds. The only SMALL issue I had was one chair is missing one of the decorative silver nail-head trims, and it did not come with any replacements. (I can probably find them at a local craft store if it really starts to annoy me.) Also, my cat takes an intense interest in the fabric texture, but thankfully after 30 days, it has not been damaged at all. Highly recommend this chair for the value - inexpensive with a lot of very nice included features (recline, heat, massage), comfortable seat height, and pleasing color. Would definitely purchase again.

Durable
I usually am the type of person who gets frustrated when putting things together, especially when it has lots of steps to follow. This product was a breeze to assemble, the chair comes in 2 major parts that snap into place. The shoulder (Extention of the back) snaps into place with no screws for any of the steps. The wire is also easy to attach. All around this chair was very easy to assemble. I love the look and the added amenities such as the massage and heat love it.

One year later...
This chair is smaller in size, smaller than a traditional wingback chair. PROS: It is great for those people with a small footprint living space or wanting to have a bedside chair. As far as looks, it is just as the photos and ads depict. The 'wingback headrest' area is sturdy enough to lean your head against or with a pillow or added support. I chose to buy two of the teal chairs for my living room. I had very little trouble with the setup, from unboxing to assembly, but, I rarely give five stars to anything that I have to assemble myself. The heat and massage features are nice and average. You CAN feel the heat and massage, and it comes with an attached remote for setting preferences. Some reviews suggest the massage feature is too weak, but that is subjective to each individual. For me, it is enough. For the price of the chair, it does fit the need for occasional seating for when company comes over, or you do not have rambunctious children climbing on it. CONS: It has some design issues that I think prevent it from high marks. Firstly, the chair does not stay extended in the layback position, it will automatically return to the upright reclined position. This is a design flaw that is problematic for those, like me, who want to use the heat and/or massage in the layback position. I am 5'4" and the footrest is fine for my height, but anyone taller will have their feet dangling off the front end. The chair is firm in the backrest and seat. You can feel the mechanical components of the massager. If you have a bad back or hips, you might find it uncomfortable when the device is not on. When the massage feature is on, the chair will vibrate into the floor, so you might consider a rug when placing it on hardwood floors. There is a faulty 'loose' left arm on one of the chairs, which after reading some reviews, I have since learned is a common issue. I don't know what the odds are that you will get one with a loose arm, but I bought two chairs, and one is as it should be. The nailhead embellishments are not glued in place, so if you have little ones that pick at furniture, this is a potential choking hazard. The cloth covering the backside of the chair has a velcro strip that connects it to the chair to access and hide the mechanics of the chair. The flap seems to be a bit short, though. Even though I can fasten it in the upright position, when it is reclined, the velcro becomes unfastened. In addition to that, the cords required to plug it into an outlet need to pass through part of the velcro, another bad design, because the alternative is trying to avoid crimping the wires navigating the recliner hinges from underneath the chair. Not necessarily a design flaw, more of a pet peeve, but the front wooden legs do not match the back legs. It looks odd if you place your chairs where all legs are visible, but this trend is something common in many furniture designs. After having the two chairs for a year now, they have held up to daily use. I have had one seam rip in the recliner, hidden from view, but my dog is to blame for that when she jumped onto my lap and lost her footing. Overall, I give this 3 1/2 stars. For the price and what I expected from other reviews, the price matches the product. I would likely buy it again, for a guest bedroom, or office, but not for everyday use.

Not As Good As Expected
1. Fabric on chair pills after first week! 2. Fabric in back is not long enough to attach to Velcro!!! HATE that!!! 3. One wing on back was very difficult to attach. 4. Not comfortable...hard on rump and back. 4. Definitely for a person 5 ft. 8 or shorter. I am a 5 ft. 5 in. tall, size 12-14 lady. Not made for a tall or big person at all.Over all, hope it breaks in. Not expensive. If it lasts 5 years, will get my money's worth, I guess. It is nice looking, except for the fabric pilling and the lower back fabric!!!

Beautiful, awesome value!
I love my new recliner! The quality is actually better than I expected, and it was relatively easy for my son and husband to put together. The nailhead trim and linen fabric are perfect, more than you would expect for the price. And it DOES stay back in the recline position, even for a smaller person. The massage and heat are a great feature my husband uses daily. I bought this chair for him to replace his huge ugly old recliner. Now we have a beautiful and functional chair. Great purchase!

You get what you pay for
We needed a small, comfortable chair dor our living room. We went the economic route with this chair. Assembly was beyond simple. The chair is relatively sturdy, but you can tell it's not made for longevity. However, the massage and heat functions made up for the lackluster sturdiness. My wife & daughter really enjoyed the heat feature and prefer it to the massage (vibrator), which is too bad because we've had the chair not quite 2 months and the vibrating feature will not power off. If the chair is plugged in, it vibrates. So, based on our experience, the chair is somewhat faulty. I'd be shocked if it hasn't broken apart or if the electric features still work at all within 6 - 12 months. It's not a complete piece of junk, but it's not a good chair either.

Attractive for a Short Time
This small recliner is the perfect size for a woman and to compliment a living room set or bedroom, but the fabric in a year’s time has been very disappointing. Despite very little use, the fabric piled and looks very dirty, and attempts to clean it leaves it looking worse. The mechanism in the seat for heat and massage is very uncomfortable. I do not recommend it.

The style and color along with comfort
These recliners are what I expected and they really added to the remodeling of our livingroom. Very easy to assemble. The only 2 issue I have are, was lining up the sides to attach, but once they were in place,I loved the finish outcome. The other, which I'm not sure is a fault, but the rear fabric isn't long enough to attach to the bottom, but my daughter said its suppose to be like that so when it in the reclined position, then you attach to hide the cords. They were even delivered 3 days earlier than expected.
