Bought this booking looking to learn more about the processes of buying and managing real estate. Very informative and extremely helpful, not boring and straight to the point. Mostly written by his advisors but Robert does have some stuff to say before every chapter. All in all great read and I learned lots. Definitely a must as you’re working your way through his books.

Had the version on Audible finding the quick reference of a hard copy invaluable as I learn more and develop my processes to create financial freedom.

If you are preparing to become successful in the Real Estate department this is the book for you. If you have some Financal stability and determination you could pull off everything you learn in this book. Easy read, very informative, talks about all the important aspects of the business of investments in real estate. They give great examples through real life stories which really makes it a good read if you simply like hearing success stories for inspiration in your own life.

This book is worth it's weight in gold! I've liked all of Kiyosaki's books and courses but this one really stands out.Mr. Kiyosaki has brought together some brilliant minds and what they wrote is easy to understand and makes absolute sense.As an investor specializing in lease options, I tried to do it all on my own and got 4 contracts but then they were not with motivated sellers.While reading this book, it became very clear to me the importance of having a team of people to help you out. My biggest take away is "Investing is a team sport." Yes, I know that's a 'no-brainer' but now I truly realize what he and the others who contributed are trying to say in this volume.Lately, I've switched over to specializing in tax deeds and liens and the chapter on lien investing by Mr. Wheelright is very good - he makes it very simple and easy to understand.I highly recommend this book. It is in the top 3 books on real estate investing that I've ever read, and I'm a book and seminar junkie. Get this book today!!

Robert Kiyosaki is an absolute Genius in writing. He self claims in modesty he is not a good writer but his success tells otherwise. His Style of writing and messages carried tells he is a great writer. Moreover, the messages conveyed are priceless.
