I love my ice maker. Bought 9 months ago with no issues. Used the “clean” option, went through the directions to clean it and when I was done, not the red light “ice full” stays on and won’t make ice. So disappointed. I sent in an email but says very busy and could take 2 weeks to response. I use my ice maker daily.

The fill water light stayed on, followed instructions to reset, but would only go off for a day or two. We have had it since Oct 1st, and now it has completely stopped working, of course the return date just passed. I would not recommend this ice maker.

I'd have given a good review if I had reviewed this in the first few months. I like to wait to review appliances until I've had them a year, or until they start to fail - whichever comes first. Nine months after purchasing this ice machine, it's going kaput. One thing at a time is going wrong with it. I've used ice machine cleaner in it, made sure there is plenty of air space for fan ventilation, and checked that nothing was obscuring the basket-fill sensor. Still, it's making ice more slowly, its fan is blowing very hot air, it didn't automatically shut off the one time the water level got too low, and it keeps making cubes way beyond the top of the basket. The brand of ice machine I had before lasted for years. Unfortunately its no longer available through Amazon.

I like the drain on the bottom and self cleaning feature. It makes ice but does shut off from time to time. It came a little scratched up and the handle seems flimsy but It makes ice quickly and it is loud.

We have been using this machine for a couple of months. We got a new fridge and the freezer space was minimal so we went with this countertop ice maker. Keep in my mind what this does. It makes ice, and does a lot of output,BUT the cubes are small and hollow.We have a large plastic bin in or one drawer in our freezer and it takes hours to fill the bucket(like 6 to 8 ). This is perfect making as needed. If you want ice in bulk it does take a long time. We love ours, and it works just like it is supposed to.If your looking for bigger cubes and constant ice this is not for you. For the price point and what it does it's wonderful.

When my husband said he wanted a countertop ice maker for the basement (AKA the man cave) I was very skeptical. My limited experience with countertop ice makers was not good. The ice was soft and melted quickly. The Igloo blew my mind!!!! It made ice within just a few minutes as promised. The ice is not soft but looks a lot like what comes out of my refrigerator ice maker. He has made so much ice that we have stopped buying bag ice for the basement. It is super easy to fill, run and clean.

This ice machine does the job I wanted....it makes ice. However, I wish I'd known that it won't keep the ice it makes. If I don't empty the ice basket when it gets full, the ice starts to melt. It's no big deal, I just can't use it unless I'm home all day or at night. I do like the size of the ice. There is a setting for large or small. The large isn't much bigger than the small, but I like both sizes. I do have to move the machine after I'm finished using to the sink before removing the plug at the bottom to drain all of the extra water. There is always water left over. And the drain plug is rather hard to remove. I have to use a utensil to pop the plug out. It's does the job for now. I do know what to look at when I get another one....the drain, how long ice will keep in the machine, etc... I've started a list.

I first saw this ice maker at my local auto body shop and when I asked them about it they couldn’t stop raving. It was an extremely hot summer day and they offered me a very refreshing iced coffee, I knew right away I was going to buy one. I live in a three level home and the master bedroom is on the third floor with access to a small rooftop. This ice maker is just what we needed to keep our drinks cool without the extra cardio of going to the kitchen. The ice maker is very quiet, self cleans and makes ice in as little as 7 minutes. It is portable, can use it at home as well as on the rooftop/yard. I would purchase this again!
