This lighter is perfect for me. It lit right after I filled it. It is a little heavy which makes it feel more durable than the lighter plastic lighter. You should look at the information before using it. However, the lighter doesn't come with instructions so you have to go to their website. It isn't under "Lighters", but use "All Products" and scroll to the correct one. The information is in the photos, so look through all of them. One important thing is it doesn't have a safety switch. You just click it on, let go and it's off. The extra switch is to keep the flame on, not a safety. It is a little difficult to tell when it's full of butane. It took me about 10 seconds. I used a flashlight and gently shook the lighter so I could see the little air bubble at the top. I really like it, but if you have kids, you may want to look elsewhere.

Would like some info on how to fix, it seems it just wont spark anymore. maybe if I clean it?

This is a heavy duty lighter compared to the Bic brand and others that tend to be disposable. Nice "jet" like flame.Be sure that it is extinguished before setting it down. It takes a second or two for all the gas to be consumed.I would buy this again.

I really like using this for lighting my candles. However, the ignition slider gets stuck in the on position with the flame still burning! I'm so glad I checked before I put it back in the drawer! It's gotten stuck a few more times. I'm going to get a new lighter and tossing the old one.

Uncertain what the button lever is for. Unable to fill to max.

I bought this on an impulse just to light candles instead of burning my with matches. Works like a charm and has a nice finish to boot.

A week ago, I noticed a minuscule crack in the vicinity of the butane level indicator, which poses a serious safety hazard. Notably, the device had withstood a minor drop without any impairment, which occurred approximately two weeks following my purchase. Furthermore, the lighter had been securely stored in its original packaging, ruling out any possibility of external tampering. While the lighter exhibited promising qualities, its lifespan was disappointingly brief, considering the minimal usage it endured.ORIGINAL COMMENT 👇The neck of it is entirely too flimsy. No I'm not trying to lift weights with it or anything, but I kind of expected it to be a bit more firm even after being lit a few times. However, if it's for someone who just enjoys a durable overall everywhere else...torch....this is for you.Definitely worth it. Thanks guys.
