the way ity was packaged and shipped, with the chain all kinked up , very dis appointed in the quality control, in shipping . G/F is going to have to find a Jeweller to see if they can straighten the chain out without damaging it

Very good looking necklace, just alot smaller than it appears in the ad. Shipping was fast, but, when it arrived it was in several knots. It took me almost 3 hours to get the knots out. And, when your wife is always home, it makes it very difficult to get it untied without her seeing the gift. Dont think I will EVER buy jewelry online again.
