Works amazing!
It’s a great tumbler press for the price! My tumblers have came out very nice. The machine itself is light. Not too heavy. Does it’s job right. It does have a weird smell but it honestly doesn’t bother me

Update***Caught on fire not sure if can still use or not?!?!?!
I've only had this 2.5 months and have only made maybe 7 cups total it burns the outer warp so I've turned it down lower then the setting its suppose to be on and today it actually caught the cup on fire. I am not sure how to even reach the company to have replaced. The email they have posted comes back as not a legit email when trying to send them an email. Once figured out the email to get a hold of them they happened to leave out a few letters on their website it is [email protected] they responded quickly and replaced the burnt piece so updated my review to a 4 for this but not a 5 for my troubles still.

sizing issues
I purchased this machine as my other heat press with a mug attachment was not cutting it for me.PROS:1. Great sturdy machine with a nice display panel2. Easy adjustable knobs to get the perfect squeeze.3. The timer starts automatically when you close the lever4. Easy to program the temp and timer5. It is light enough to put away when you are finished using it (after its cooled down of course)6. Nice fun color (The color isn't even a thought for me...just a fun yellow color)7. It comes with a heat glove8. It seems to heat up evenly all the way around and to the edges.9. Heats up quicklyCONS:1. Easy to program, but took me a few time to realize you have to HOLD down the Mode button to set it. That step was missing in the directions. Not really a con, but after a few times of me going "wtf! set!" I finally realized what to do. User error? maybe...whatever lol2. Depending on the size of the bottle, it may not fit. Even on the smallest (tightest) setting, If your bottle is long, you will need something to shove in there to get a strong pressure. Same goes for the width of the bottle. If the bottle is too wide...Its not going in.3. You will need silicone mats to wrap around the bottle if it is too small in order to get a good press.4. It only comes with one heat glove.TIPS:1. Although it seems to heat up evenly all the way around and to the edges, depending on the size of your bottle or jar, you will need to adjust and turn the bottle multiple times to make sure it is transferred.2. If you purchase the mats, you will then need to play with the temp and timer to make sure it heats up and your image transfers.3. Figure out your bottle and adjust the size PRIOR to heating up the machine. That goes for using the silicone mats.

It is ok but not the best
This is an OK heat press. It does the work. I can tell the difference between my other heat press that was more expensive. My cups on this heat press have to be at a higher setting, and I need to make sure that I rotate them 4 times 2x at 60 sec and 2 more at 30 sec; if not, the colors will not be sublimated. It does the work but if you can invest $60-$70 on a different heat press such as PYD HEATPRESS, do it because it is totally worth the extra money especially if you have a small business.

Just what I was looking for.
I received this before I got my tumblers in and when I would pull the handle down, I thought it should snap in. I thought I got a lemon till my tumblers came in. I took one and put it in there and adjusted the screw knobs and it snapped right in. Shussssh! It worked! I’ve made a few since then and they’ve turned out beautiful minus a few mistakes that I’ve made. I bought some 15 oz mugs that I will try next. I tried putting one in and the screw knobs would not adjust to let it in and I thought the mugs was too big. A couple days later I thought I’d try it again and still wouldn’t fit because the screw knobs would not screw open enough. I took a lil WD-40 and squirted a lil on the screws and it opened right up and the mugs snapped right in. Whooshhh again. Thought I was gonna have to buy a mug press. But if you do use the WD-40 be careful not to drop any on the wrap part (like I did) UGGGGG! I wiped out the best I could but I will double wrap with the butcher paper when I use it next few times. It was just a small drop but hopefully it will burn off while heating up.

Stay Away! Updated
Update- We reached out to the seller about the heating element, and even though it was beyond the date to return for a new unit, the seller promptly sent us out a replacement heating element. The unit works just fine now, and we are very pleased with it's operation. Given the other reviews incidences of heating element failure are few and far between, and customer service after the sell makes this a unit worth considering. We purchased this unit in July, 22 and today it is dead. Minimal use, did not hold up. Wont heat above 80, no good for it's purpose. I'd look elsewhere for a similar unit.
