Most hair bands or headbands are too tight on me, even the ones that say they aren't tight and even the ones for men. So when I read the reviews that this fit loose, I thought this would be perfect for me, and I was right! I have a 22 inch head, or hat size. I also have quite a bit of hair. There is almost 1 inch of elastic so if it stretches out, I'll just sew the ends together and not have the elastic. It wouldn't take much to sew a few stitches in it to fit your head or even a safety pin if you can't sew, it's absolutely beautiful and so soft. I wore it on one of the 40° days and it kept my ears warm. I got the grey and white leopard fur one.

Love it. I ordered the black one and it kept my head and ears warm and not cheap looking. It does have elastic in the back and was slightly big on my head, but a few stitches with a needle and thread tightened it up.

Even cuter in real life— surprisingly great quality and fit. I bought for a trip to Jackson Hole and got so many compliments, plus it kept my ears warm.

To limit possible returns my sister ordered a similar headband in gray (see pix) from another vendor, while I ordered the navy one pictured. We did this to compare them. Both are made with very nice quality faux fur, lined with a velvet material, the guard hairs on the navy band are realistic, but the navy band fails in fullness compared to the gray one. On the plus side this vendor’s hat has an elastic, the other vendor’s doesn’t. Both were equally comfortable. Both fluffed up beautifully. Even though I returned the navy hat, because it looked too skimpy on my head, I would recommend it for a small adult head, or a child’s head. Had it been fuller I would have kept it, because the color was perfection and it did not look fake.

After reading the reviews I was skeptical, but I actually love mine. I brushed it out while blow drying on low heat and it fluffed up beautifully. Just A tad big, but doesn’t cause any issues for me. Would recommend for the price!
