Ease of installation and sturdiness

You MUST mount this to wood or something structurally sturdy. I mounted mine to a 3/4” panel of plywood that spanned the structural joists/studs. I tested it out and it was sturdy enough for me

Installed it on the celing, concrete, for gymnastic rings, have it for over a year with no problems.A single bracket holds my entire weight.

I'll admit I was scared using this at first but it works amazing. Simple to install. We installed it on our beam and are using it for a swinging chair. I was worried to get on the chair cause I weigh 210lbs but it holds my weight with ease. It's simple to install. Easier if using power tools and pre drilling. A must have for anything you want to mount but don't trust mounting it anywhere and want the security it gives

I was looking for a way to mount my gymnastics rings in the garage. We moved recently and at my prior house I had them screwed into a basement ceiling beam with screw eyes with rings on them.Are use the stud finder on the garage ceiling and I could see some of the nail patches. These Mounting brackets seem very heavy duty and actually are larger than you think when you first look at the picture.I drilled some smaller holes at first and then screw the lag screws up in the ceiling and then I’m out of some heavy duty carabiners to them and then my gymnastic rings.I’ve already done several sets of pull-ups on them and they seem nice and solid and they’re up and out-of-the-way.Overall I’m satisfied they seem super heavy duty and that’s what I need.

Gran anclaje. Los tornillos que trae son buenos. Si se fija correctamente desde luego no creo que pueda dar ningún problema porque es muy muy fuerte.
