Superb
Amazing item. It’s 44mm but doesn’t wear that big at all. It’s more like a 41mm watch in size. It’s been faultless, looks great, survived 2 weeks submerged in a pool/sea in Turkey for 10 hrs/day. It look far more expensive than its real cost and I’m so impressed. The strap is a bit nasty and although I didn’t mind the look of it, it eventually caused a nasty rash so I had to bin it. The watch looks fab with a 22mm NATO strap and I can’t recommend it highly enough.I bought it as a cheap holiday watch to wear in the water but still wear it regularly. It’s not scratched in 8 months, has kept perfect time having a quartz movement and is clear and easy to read. The lume isn’t great but then for £44 what do you expect. It tells the time the same as a watch 200x its price and I’m not scared of losing it.Love it. Fantastic purchase. Don’t worry about it bei g too big. Get one with the Marlin as they look much nicer.

Better than expected.
I've never been that interested in this watch but at £37 I thought I'd try one out and I'm glad I did. Arrived from Wisconsin in about 2 weeks and I saved it for father's day. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it. The finish is really very good and it certainly doesn't feel cheap. Size is wearable on my 7-1/4 inch wrist but 42mm would be better. The dial is well done and the second hand hit's the markers pretty much bang on. The date window is a bit small but usable and the lume is not bad for a budget watch. Bezel has a bit of play but I've seen worse and it does align well. People moan about the strap but I find it really comfortable to wear and it disappears when on my wrist. Screw down crown and caseback give this true dive watch capability at an astonishingly low price.Strangely these don't appear to have ever been officially available in the UK so Amazon is the best place to buy right now. Note, the marlin branded dial and caseback are to be discontinued which spoils the watches character imo. Grab one while you can even though they have gone up a tenner in the last week.

Great watch for the money with a rotating bezel.
Nice looking 'marlin' divers watch. Quite big which appeals to me with a 7" plus wrist, but bear in mind for slimmer wrists. Usual Casio quality and every watch collector should have a Casio even if you're into luxury watches. You can't beat them for everyday drivers (I own quite a few G-Shocks). The strap is a bit basic as expected, but I swapped it out for a nicer one I had, but would look good with a NATO. Took a while to arrive as an import but worth waiting for.

Great value for money. Iconic watch on a budget
ProsAmazing value for money. 200m water resistant analogue watch with a Japanese movement. Nice classic diver style (rolex submariner/ seiko skx etc) without being a cheap tacky copy. Decent uni directional Rotating bezel with lume pip. Clicks well enough, slight play backwards when you try but don't expect seiko skx style quality. Has functioning lume/ lume pip foe glow in the dark effects. Again some way off seiko levels but great effort for the price and who the hell goes diving 200m and relies on a 50 poubd watch anyway! Second hand hits the markers really well - not perfect but near enough and better than many a more expensive quartz watch (including a previous Tissot I had). The standard rubber strap is ok as in its comfortable and looks hardwearing. But at 22m lug width its crying out for being used as a strap monster. I have it on a cheap nato anf intend to buy more fun funky colours of natos. Looks really well made and worth a lot more than it cost.Cons(And it really is the only con). This watch is LARGE. The modern trend is for watches to go big/huge/ ridiculous. This certainly isn't ridiculous or even huge. But it is big. Now I know it is advertised at 44mm which is big but I read reviews that it wore smaller so I went for it. I have medium 7inch wrists (and popeye forearms!) and I'm definitely at the upper limit. Why couldn't this watch be a 42mm just so that it could be universal for all wrist sizes! And to be honest most classy / quality watches are smaller and just look better for it. I certainly prefer 38-42 mm but I guess if you have large wrists you will be happy.AlternativesFor a cheap cheerful iconic quartz consider a timex weekender (38mm).For iconic solid quality iso rated diver automatics:Seiko Skx (you may need to remortgage now)Citizen promaster (around the 200 pounds mark)Orient ray 2 (great all round package and still only around 120ish)For cheap and cheerful and a huge variety of designs (but frowned upon by watch enthusiasts):InvictaHappy watch hunting:)

Great value diver, cant beat it for the money!
I own many dive watches from Heimdallr Frost V2 to Omega Seamaster NTTD and everything in between Seiko Skx, Citizen Pro Master, Phoibos Wavemaster etc etc and for £50 ish this watch cannot be beat. Nice big face, easy to read time, great finish, 200m water resistance, the strap is ok not great but i swapped mine for an FKM Tropical rubber just for more comfort. If buying one id personally go for the version which has the Marlin on dial and engraved on caseback, these are the older versions and cheaper than the newer ones by around £20 Casio are phasing the Marlin ones out for the newer boring looking ones, get a puece of history while you still can! Great choice of colours too!
