Headaches
I've had this for a while. Lost some weight but have me headaches every time I've taken and a stomach ache. So good for weight loss but lots of pain.

I do take apple cider vinegar .. I don’t mind it but this is gentler on my teeth and is a good way to avoid the taste if you prefer.

Thought I’ll try these tablets, so far so good only been 6 days and I’ve lost 3 pounds already ovbi with the right diet etc, I’ve also noticed I’ve not been bloated after foods, and these definitely help my digestive system, high strength tablets aswell I take 1 in morning and 1 at night, I also have less appetite for sugary foods which is extremely helpful to me, and I have a severe sweet tooth problem lol, but yeah would 100% recommend to anyone
