Q: Does it have a spot for fenders to be connected?

Yes… the fork I received had a boss with screw hole about 5.75" above the axle centerline on both stanchions and a single horizontal through hole on the centerline of the arch member.

Q: Steer tube length(dimensions pic) shows 220mm. Description length says 250mm. Which is it?

Hello Friend,Thanks for your reminding, the steer tube length is 220mm, the picture show is right. If you want to do 250mm steer tube can also be done!

Q: Does it have holes to connect a fender?

Yes… the fork I received had a boss with screw hole about 5.75” above the axle centerline on both stanchions and a single horizontal through hole on the centerline of the arch member.

Q: Will 2.0x4.0 tires fit these forks?

We used it on a BeeCool Adventurer with 26x4.0 tires. So yes it should work on any bike with 135mm long axle with 4” tires. Make sure you note that this is a straight steerer tube 34mm. Won’t work on frames with tapered head tubes.
