America the Beautiful: A Pop-up Book

Great condition, great price and beautiful pop-ups.

I love getting his books for children! They are a keepsake. I purchased this last one for my great nephews 5th birthday, and he looks at it every morning while eating his breakfast! 😬

I have been hooked on Robert Sabuda’s books for years.The pop ups are creative and amazing. Well made and colorful.I started with his Christmas books and am on my second copy of several. I also sometimes give them as Christmas presents.My grandson enjoys pop up books of all kinds and we love going through these. As he is learning to read, he brings to them to me and we read the title. Then I say “by Robert…” and he says “Sabuda!”I can always find them on Amazon but not in book stores.I plan to order more titles and the Christmas ones are beginning to be a tradition.

Seriously, stop. Do not read this. You're wasting your time. This is valuable time you could be using to place your order for this incredibly well designed pop up book! It's a very complex design, but it works! Open the pages and everything falls into place. Close the book, and everything falls into place. Go buy it. Now!

The 6 year old for whom I purchased this loved it. The 3-D pop ups are stunning.

Robert Sabuda has been one of my favorite authors for several years. America the Beautiful has to be in my top 5 of his books. The colors are just enough to to make the pages “pop”. I appreciate that he included the second verse. I always look for the minute details on the pages. They are a joy to look through over and over.

5 stars for timeless content choice but 3 stars for overuse of white. This book -to me- looks unfinished, like they were waiting for the color to be applied but it was printed before they realized it was a draft. Hard to see the details when it is white on white on white.

Great book to share! My students loved it when we learned about landmarks.

Pop-up très recherché, privilégiant l'esthétique, mécanismes savants avec seulement du Bristol blanc. Pas pour les enfants, pas d'histoire et mécanismes fragiles. Plutôt pour collectionneurs et amateurs de belles choses. N'existe pas en français.

Naturalmente.....Es Sabuda! (Me apuntan que 15 palabras más se necesitan.Bueno,a mí me gusta opinar minimalistamente,aunque no sé...A partir de ahora extenderé mis apreciaciones.

I love pop up books a adore Robert Sabuda. He is simply the best. The pop ups in this books are all white, which somehow makes it even more impressive.
