Perfect for an all in one, buy and use Helmet. I was very surprised about the quality of the Helmet. The color looks great. It even feels good. Most matte finished items I have are hard to clean but I wiped bugs off of this very easily. Works with other headsets as well. The FM radio had exceptional reception. Clear speech to the other headset. I could hear them very well too. Easy controls. If you need another helmet look no further, this one is very good. I am very happy and excited about it! This helmet saved my life. Though I’m now a paraplegic I am still alive living due to this great helmet. yes you can have quality and value together.My previous review which still stands. Great helmet for the money. Blue tooth is Noce and works better than expected. Bluetooth has a ton of options with only a few buttons. Wish there were more controls as I don’t think I will remember all the options.

Before anything else, I want to say that the seller is INCREDIBLY responsive. They replaced my helmet when it was initially defective, at no cost to me. They even sent me a replacement helmet BEFORE I returned my helmet to them. The seller has really gone above and beyond to make sure that this was a positive purchase for me.I have been riding for 30 years or so, and I have, for the most part, been a "Shoei guy." I decided to try something different with this FreedConn helmet, mostly because I wanted bluetooth connectivity, sound, and the ability to make and receive phone calls.I got all those things.1) The sound quality is better than expected, and completely serviceable. My wife can understand everything I say on the phone when I'm cruising at 80mph. I don't need the volume at maximum to be able to hear everything (her voice in a phone call, or music) clearly.2) I'm able to listen to streaming music, my IPod, or anything else. I didn't expect the FM receiver, but it works just fine, and is an added bonus.What really surprised me, though, was the general excellent build quality of the helmet. It looks and feels FANTASTIC.1) The padding is comfortable, and feels high quality. It's also washable.2) The main visor moves easily, but only when I want it to (does not have a problem staying open or closed at high speed).3) The inner (shaded) visor works VERY WELL. I honestly did not expect it to even be there, but now I use it all the time (and it easily hides away in the helmet when I don't use it). Because of this inner visor I'm able to comfortably wear my prescription glasses any time of day.4) They give away a free pair of VERY wearable gloves (thin, with good ventilation).5) It's winter, so it's hard for me to review the helmet's ventilation (one area for the mouth/chin, and one at the top of the helmet), but it almost doesn't matter. If it's hot, I'm able to keep the main visor up, and I will have PLENTY of airflow into the helmet when I only use the inner visor.An added bonus is that replacement parts are readily available (padding, visors, et cetera), and inexpensive! I'm not sure how long it will be available the way that it is, but, being a long-time rider, I know that things like the visor and padding wear out. I'm going to pick up an extra visor and an extra set of padding, just because I know I will eventually WANT it, even if I don't necessarily NEED it.This helmet is an AMAZING value. I highly recommend it!

I had spent close to 3 weeks looking for bluetooth helmets. I compared everything from reliability, quality, weight, functionality and dependability.THIS IS THE HELMET YOU WANT!I have rode with this helmet for over a month now and will never go back to a traditional helmet. My GF called me and I ride a CBR600RR Repsol w/HyperFlo exhaust...she said she couldn't even hear my bike and I could hear her perfectly. The music quality is great and this helmet is so easy to use!I would highly recommend this helmet to any rider as this helmet will make your life much easier as a rider. You'll never miss a phone call, you have the ability of easily controlling all the amazing features and the price was amazing for what I received.Also, this seller is extremely responsive to messages and made sure to follow up with me and verify that I was happy with my purchase.I will be buying a lot more gear from this seller, 5 stars, hands down!

The helmet works pretty well. It took some finagling to get bluetooth paired to my phone, but once they were paired they connect flawlessly every time the helmet is turned on or off.I had an issue with the charging port breaking after only a few rides and was unable to charge it. Contacted the seller and they are sending out a replacement battery pack to resolve the problem. Fixing my rating to reflect that the vendor took care of me and responded quickly. I would definitely purchase again. My only advice is to be careful when plugging the helmet in to charge as the port seems to be very fragile.Charging port broke again. The battery is hidden so far into padding that it's not easy to plug a micro usb cable into. On top of that the port seems to be very fragile. This is the second time I've gone to plug a micro usb cable in and the port just disappears into the battery compartment. Very frustrating.
