Big and sharp. The blade is a thinner than i prefer but it cuts well.

Good knife poor handle
Handle is very small - concerned I might slip forward onto blade if cutting something a bit tougher. Recommend buying a unit with a larger handle for safety.

I bought this knife so I won’t have to break my turkey all to pieces or my ham for Thanksgiving day now I can cut so smooth and my turkey slices are really beautiful. Thank you so much. I love this knife. Oh yes and be careful how you use it so you won’t cut your fingers cause it is really sharp.

Cuts great but
The blade is a lot smaller than expected. I thought it was going to be a little wider. Other than that it cuts great! Good value for the money spent!
