Inaccurate product description
They do not match product description. Victron fuses have a small cutout on the fuse to fit larger 4/0 lugs.Edit: somebody fixed the photo to represent the correct fuses.

100A/32V MEGA Fuse
We bought these as replacement fuses to have on hand for our conversion van.

Mislabeled , potentially dangerous
I thought I ordered 2-100 amp fuses. That’s what the order said on my computer. What I received was 2 - 5 packs of fuses and they are vaguely stamped 250a on the metal tang portion of the fuse (barely noticeable). The bag says 100a. Make sure to read the actual fuse rating on the fuse itself and if not clearly labeled don’t use it.
