These are worth the $$$. They stay cold longer and have good holders with strong velcro.

I have used Koo-Care in the past and they are heavy duty and stay cool for a long period of time. They have met my expectations and I recommend them.

No complaints, these ice packs are everything they should be. The ice packs remain soft when frozen and stay cold for a good long time, and their envelopes feel very sturdy. They're a good size and generously filled. The wrap is helpful for positioning, and seems equally well-made. Good price, too!

Can't wrap around my knee as shown in the picture,if using as the ice pack, the ice pack will not bend so you're not mobile you just have to place it on your knees, well I did. Works great, hot or cold.
