Useless
It kinda works, however, the two cushions are attached with weak velcro, so you can never get it quite right, and when trying to get it to work with baby's head, the cushion will just fall off.

It's ok. It does not stay in place in a carseat. Always came out on my child's head when I took him out. More of a pain than useful. Is soft but kinda pointless as his head still fell while he fell asleep
