My 12 year old German Shepherd weighs 43kg and has arthritic hips which makes her drag her back feet. This has resulted in worn down and bleeding toe nails.I didn't hold out much hope for these dog boots and assumed that they would either fall off while walking or would immediately wear holes in the toe area because of being dragged across concrete and tarmac surfaces. So, I have been delighted to find that neither is the case.I chose size XXL and they seem to fit just fine but she is a big dog with big feet. A smaller German Shepherd (or a smaller dog) would need a smaller boot size.The boots strap up snuggly and don't come off while walking and after several long walks with the sound of her dragging her boots on the concrete paving they are showing absolutely no signs of wear. Amazing.They do seem to be waterproof but I can't see the purpose. If you take your dog out in wet weather it's going to get wet. So why would it's feet need to be dry?Anyway, it turns out to be a very successful purchase for me.

I agree with other reviews that these aren't waterproof. I bought them because my dog cut her toe and I needed to keep it clean and protected. Between her licking the fabric part and wet grass on her toilet break, the inside of the shoe was definitely damp but it's doing a better than expexted job of staying on her foot, so no complaints there. She doesn't like it very much, but it's staying on despite her best efforts to fake them off.

I bought the small size and they fit my jack russell well. She only wears one boot. She is very old and drags one of her back legs. Unfortunately she kept cutting one of her claws and bleeding but now she wears a boot on this foot when we go out and it protects her from injury. Difficult to say how sturdy the boots are as my dog does not walk very far now.

They can be a little fiddly to put on but they do stay on. They look good and they feel decent quality. However they are not waterproof but on the plus side his feet stay clean.

Brillant product for my dog who is elderly and catching his toes due to back condition. However they are not waterproof so if you wanted them to cover a bandage or injury they would not work for you. For my dog they are perfect they stay put and he is very comfortable wearing them

I have a Giant Schnauzer these boots stay on whilst on walks they are easy wash and keep their shape and I highly recommend them just get them. I got the XL size for my 40 kg dog ,

These boots are most definitely NOT waterproof, despite the manufacturers claims. I bought them as I have to keep the foot of one of my dogs dry but just walking through grass wet from the dew was enough to make his bandage all wet. Avoid!

When I first purchased these boots I couldn't believe what you got gor the price compared to others. However....after a while I noticed my dogs outside pads were sore and bleeding which took me a while to figure out until I put my hands inside the boot. The stitching inside is very rough and sharp . I have since stopped using them and purchased another brand.

Compramos las botitas para una perrita ya mayor que le fallan las fuerzas y se resbala con el suelo de casa. Después de mucho buscar nos decidimos por estas y la verdad que son una muy buena opción.Desde que las lleva ya no se vuelve a resbalar, aguanta depie sin que se le abran las patitas y se le mantienen puestas todo el tiempo gracias a las dos tiras con velcro en cada botita que hace que se mantenga en su sitio.En la calle nos las hemos probado ya que las queremos solo para suelos lisos, pero tienen pinta de ser bastante resistentes

Unser Goldie hatte sich im Wasser an einer Glasscherbe die Pfote tief eingeschnitten und brauchte etwas womit er während der Heilungsphase die Gassigänge machen kann. Die Schuhe sind gut mit den zwei Klettbändern zu verschließen und halten auch am Fuß gut. Wir brauchten für ihn XL und sie passen perfekt. Durch die rutschfeste Sohle hatte er auch bei nassem Wetter einen guten Halt. Anfangs lief er noch etwas tapsig damit, aber er hat sich schnell dran gewöhnt und später hat ihn der Schuh nicht mehr gestört. Der Schuh hat maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass die Wunde so schnell verheilt ist, da Spaziergänge mit Socken kaum möglich waren und der Fuß immer wieder neu hätte verbunden werden müssen. So war alles innerhalb von 2,5 Wochen erledigt.Bestimmt auch perfekt für Kieselstrände geeignet.Würden sie immer wieder kaufen.

Ne ho comprate tante, questa tipologia è l'unica che funziona sul mio Cocker spaniel inglese, purtroppo se il "cucciolo" vuole riesce a sfilarsi anche queste, ma con difficoltà. Non sono molto pesanti, cosa importante, abbastanza impermeabili, chiusura semplice, ma che si logora con il passare tempo, come tutti i bloccaggi a strappo tra l'altro. Comunque.....buon prodotto
