My teen had her wisdom teeth out yesterday. I really wish I'd bought 2 of these. It doesn't stay cold long enough, but given the 15 on 15 off instructions from her surgeon it stays cold long enough. We are alternating w a disposable head wrap they gave us we fill w ice.She said the compression feels really good.

This made it a lot easier to ice my face every other 20 minutes after getting my wisdom teeth out. Was easy to take a nap with this no as well did not disturb my sleep. No leakage and the quality of wrap is good. I still use it here and there to ice my face to help with any inflammation
