I purchased this set of elbow braces to help relieve my tennis elbow pain when lifting at the gym. They fit well offering just enough snugness without cutting off circulation. They were a tad itchy at first, but after one trip through the washer/dryer, they are perfectly comfortable.I have only washed these on the gentle cycle, and after several months of use, they are still just as snug and conforming. Really good stuff.

5/31/18 Update - from 2 to 5 stars. Mava reached out to me and replaced the sleeves very quickly. They made it very easy. Not only that, but I do believe I received a defective pair the first time. This second pair has held up to workouts, yardwork, moving work. No issues at all. I also like that I can roll the sleeves up, and then roll them up my arm. This way, I can put on icyhot and not rub it off while sliding the sleeves up. Again, changed customer and very happy!!! If you have any issues, definitely reach out to mava.=================================================================So I wore this the first night I got them and was super pumped. They felt great and don't roll down your arm! This is the 3rd elbow sleeve I've purchased, and even though I gave it 2 stars, it's still the best one I have tried SIMPLY because it doesn't roll down your bicep. I tried the Nordic Lifting brand and the Venom brand. Both had amazing customer service, but their products don't work for me. The venom was too small, and the nordic rolled down from the first time I put it on. So why the 2 stars for these sleeves? Because it's already ripping at the seam. See picture. I would love this if it didn't tear less than 24 hours after opening the bag. If I am being honest, i guess I didn't check the sleeves for tears first, but either way...shouldn't be torn yet.

These are the second Mava compression sleeves I've bought. The first were their knee sleeves with acupressure, which were 5 stars. So it made sense when I needed elbow sleeves, I chose Mava.I'm generally pleased with these elbow sleeves. You get two for one low price, and they're high quality. They fit snugly (no slip) to provide good compression, aren't restrictive to my range of motion, and don't have any of the usual allergy-provoking latex in them.The only issue I have is they feel a little itchy over time (oddly, the knee sleeves aren't). That makes these elbow sleeves a bit much to wear for more than a few hours at a time. The itching is minor, so don't let that put you off unless you absolutely have to wear a sleeve more than a few hours at a time.Other than fixing that, the only other thing that would make these perfect would be if they came in an acupressure version like their knee sleeves do.This is a solid four star, great value item, especially if you're on a budget and need to avoid latex and other allergens.

I am 50 years old and starting to feel my age a little in my work out. I lift pretty heavy and purchased these to help with an elbow issue I am having after bench press. These not only help with recovery but also help with performance during lifts...absolutely perfect. I also utilize them when I am icing myself down to protect my skin. Spritz them with some water and freeze them....feels great on an old power lifter.Loved them so much I now have four pair...my wife and kids use them as well. The boys use them for elbow support during baseball as well. These things are great!Fit true to size and extremely comfortable.

I recently injured my elbow, I have bigger arms and it has been a struggle to find an elbow sleeve that fits my arms. The original order was for a size lower based on the measurements and it bruised my arm. I went up a size and it fits well around my arm, feels good and secure. It's just itchy... it feels like my arm is wrapped in burlap. Still happy to have it as an option but I wish it was more comfortable.

Works great. My arm was really sore and wore this a few days. Pain totally gone. Very comfortable. Only thing is itched when wearing first time. So I washed it and the itch was relieved. Put it in a wash bag in the washer and hung to day. Problem solved. Good product.

Let me start by saying that I chose this pair and a more costly single sleeve competing product. I ordered both based on reviews and comments. I had no prior experience with compression sleeves and my reason for ordering is Olecranon bursitis - "Popeye Elbow" if you will.I noted several comments on the Mava sleeves concerning confusion with size and two different sizing charts. Sure enough, on the manufacturer's page is a totally different chart for the same product. It showed "Large" to be my size.All that said, after wearing the "small" size Mava, although it was tighter, it was not too tight and I'm very satisfied with the pair.In the way of constructive criticism, Mavadoes need to correct or explain the sizing chart discrepancy between the Amazon listing page and the Mava website page.In terms of the product, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and prefer the higher compression of the "small" Mava to the "Large" Viper. The Mava, shipped as a pair, is certainly the better value.Only time will tell if wearing a compression sleeve will cause the fluid in my elbow's bursa to re-absorb but it appears that it is beginning to shrink.

Out of the four different brands of elbow sleeves I have these are the most comfortable. The material has this silky smooth feel in the skin which I attribute to the bamboo fibers. I measured my arms as per instructions and they do run a little large though so be aware. I wish I’d gotten a size smaller for more compression but oh well. They are still great just make sure to get a size smaller than your measurement.

I didn't know what to expect but these compression elbow sleeves are comfortable and offer a good deal of support. After a long time exercising, I find my elbows specifically begin to hurt the fastest and the most. I can't get through a workout without some significant pain.With these, you still know your elbows are complaining but the pain is significantly reduced.I was concerned when I removed them that the pain would instantly re-appear at the same level. This did not happen either.I ordered the XXL which I spec'd from the sizing chart. I was wondering if I should have gone down a size but these seem good. They stay where you put them. They do not slip and I am not constantly adjusting them.The price is for a pair so they are a good deal too.

I have to be honest, I was very skeptical when I purchased this product. I followed the instructions by measuring my elbow and wow. Perfect fit, and let's be honest, that never happens. I used them in the gym today for the first time. First couple of sets I attempted my workout without them. Today was a chest and tri day. My elbows hurt so bad, I couldn't even come close to pushing the weight I normally would. I slipped the sleeves on and wow! Game changer. There's still some exercises that are a little painful but what a difference. First time in a while I've had a workout predominantly painfree. Super good quality, very comfortable. Highly recommend this product
